Went for lunch. I got a bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and my girlfriend got a mushroom double burger with onion rings. The cashier was immediately rude and was abrupt with her customer service. I’m not a Karen but she was no bueno. The mushroom burger also had rotten mushrooms on it and smelled like feces, yucky. Thankfully my meal was good but pricey for what I got.
One of my favorite fast food joints. The food here is always hot and fresh and they never get my order wrong. The specialty root beer drinks are always worth it.
From Indiana, where there aren't anymore AW Rootbeers so it was nice to see one. The cashier wasn't the nicest but the foot was decent, our order was right, and my kids enjoyed it. I would recommend... and maybe suggest customer service training for the cashier.
This place is truly amazing on their food.Yes, it's pricey but the quality of the food makes me come here all the time. Always served HOT and FRESH. This place cares about their customers unless most fast food chains now. The mushroom burger is one of the best burgers I've had.
I love A&W. I hadn't eaten at one in years- my small hometown had one until it closed. I was so pleased to find this one in Sparks. Great fast food. Their burgers and fries are very good, plus a nice, big cold root beer--- Yum yum yum. I will keep coming back.
Chicken tenders, fries, and burger were good and filling.Root beer float was amazing! Tasted like cane sugar & no high fructose syrup, like an old school one.Highly recommended with or without root beer float
Drove all the way from Carson City just to have a family outting. Lobby was shut down unfortunately but the staff there was 100% awesome. Gonna be coming out this way more often. A&W has always been my favorite place to go in Carson until both locations shut down. Didn't know Sparks had 1. Definitely bringing the family back.
There was a long line but food was not bad it was a bit Pricey I went on a Wednesday night so it was pretty cool a lot of classic cars everywhere
Food is still great just sucks like everywhere else the prices have gone up.
Most fast food joints have gotten truly sloppy over the years & it seems like they just dont care about anything anymore; but the ppl who work here make eating out feel like fast food can be worth it again! This place always serves satisfaction! The staff is always nice & they pay attention to customers! The food is hot & correct! The floats are wonderful! Its always clean! Its the employees who make the difference & this place has good ppl working!! Always enjoyable!!
