Owner is completely disrespectful. The way he was interacting with other customers was unnecessary. They also didn’t have half their menu. Went to Thai food truck that only really had a hot dog and a burger as options. I would recommend a different food truck.
Went to the food truck 2 hrs into the event and they were already out of half their menu. Decided to get the spring rolls and the Thai basil minced pork. A child rang us up and was struggling to read the receipt to give us our order #. Waited 10 minutes when the guy says he has to make more of the Thai basil and that it would take 5-10 mins. So we said ok and decided to walk the event. We came back 5 minutes later. He then informed us that he’s completely out of it. I decided to just get my money back for the dish, but still wanted the rolls. He gave me $15/$15.12 that I paid. I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of .12, but I felt that the whole experience was a mess and pretty upsetting. Not to mention, my 18% tip turned into a 62% tip! They were extremely unprepared for a 5 hr event and the workers need to be properly trained. The spring rolls were good.. Disappointed I couldn’t try the entree.My response to owner:First off, your tax math is incorrect. Second, your response is extremely unprofessional. Third, you're just wrong.It was a $14 item, the sales tax in Washoe county is 8.265% so 14 x 1.08265 is $15.1571. Therefor, you actually owe me $.15.Whether you disagree with me or not there is a better way for a business owner to react.I'm sorry you had a long line and dropped the food but, I paid for food and tipped for service that I didn't receive! My 1 star review is even more called for now than it was 6 hours ago when I first submitted my review on google.Feel free to use my tax rate calculation above to run your business more professionally in the future.
Love this food truck, always has such yummy healthy food ideas. very creative and tasty food. Pluss the owner of the truck has such a great friendly personality. I definitely recommend it if your a foodie that into fun food truck culture.

I can't say enough about these guys!! This food is BETTER than mom used to make!! I just came thru again for maybe the 3rd time this week, and much to my surprise, i recieved an order of the deep fried Carmel apples, for free!! A smart move because i don't know when i would have tried them... I know now that I'll never leave without them! These things are so good, they'll make you dizzy. As for the burger.... Forget about it!! Here it is...a week later and these guys won't even let me pay for my food!! Best food in Reno!!! Best people on the planet!! You guys wreck!!!!!
