Excellent local restaurant. Service and food supreme.
We ate outside with friends. The food was very good, great service, great cocktails and wine. We had salmon and meatloaf both very good. A bonus was the nice music. Not to loud just right. We all agreed we will be back.

This place is along the River. You canât see the river unless you sit on their patio. It was raining so they sat us in the River Room. We had a street view. They have a nice happy hour menu. Includes beers and wines. My husband got the Elk and wow, tasty. We also shared the happy hour crab cakes, yum. Would get both of these again. Against my better judgment, I decided not to get the Ribeye and got the seafood risotto because I wanted scallops. The pros were, scallops were cooked to perfection, more shrimp than I expected and cooked perfectly, the risotto however, they need to learn how to make it. Half of it tasted cheesy like risotto and the other half was watery. Itâs pricey but worth it for a once in a while thing. We walked there from Circus Circus. Itâs a bit noisy due to the high ceilings but it was nice.
The food was delicious. The food wasn't hot but warm. The service was ok. We had to flag the waiter for water and request several times for horseradish. I will return.
Nice meal. Not rushed, so we could enjoy the evening. Our server, Danny, was fun, but had the right balance of talking with us, but also leaving us to enjoy the meal and not be disturbed.

The location of the Wild River Grill on the river is ideal setting for very relaxing dinning. Add an outstanding menu with so many delicious options and a very attentive staff, you have a perfect restaurant. Well worth going there multiple times. Unfortunately I don't live in Reno.
Our party enjoyed their dishes. We sat in the patio and it was pleasant and comfortable. Plenty of umbrellas!
