Great pizza! My only complaint is that they need to turn on the a/c. It wasn't too bad cause the time of day we were here.
What a great experience friendly staff working at this restaurant also the veggie pizza is so delicious I want the owners to know if you keep good people in your restaurant like these two your business will thrive, not to mention you have a great view of the mountains right from your patio. I am here visiting and I will tell everyone about this little place with great pizza where I live.
Ordered a pizza online, and mistakenly chose pepperoncini instead of pepperoni. When I went in to pick it up and realized the mistake, the first person I spoke with, a young woman, was very nice and offered to remake the pizza. Another employee, a woman a bit older than the first, joined the conversation confirming, you ordered pepperoncini online, so that’s what I made. When I asked to confirm if it was ok to remake the pizza, the second employee stared at me slack jawed for a few seconds, as if it would come out of her paycheck if she remade it, or as if it was a major inconvenience to her. I said forget it and took the pizza and left. There were zero other patrons in at the time. Granted, I messed up the initial order, but the response I received from the one woman was unacceptable. The only reason I’m giving two stars on this review is because of the first employee who spoke with me, she was very nice and attempted to be accommodating as best as she could.
I ordered at 6 and was told to pick up at 6:45. Used my lunch break to pick up our order and they told me they don’t have an order for me. Male employee who was sitting on his phone the whole time gave me major attitude when I said I had to leave and couldn’t wait. Your laziness and incompetence is not MY fault. Not once did anyone apologize for not doing their job and instead gave me dirty looks and attitude like I was the problem because I couldn’t wait for them to do their job when I’ve already waited 45 minutes for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT SIT ON THEIR PHONES. There was one family in the restaurant when I came in, there was no excuse except just pure laziness and feeling like you’re too good to do your job. Disgusting.
The shop is so cute. Amazing staff and great customer service. The food is one of the best pizza in town. Totally recommend for large groups and fun family stops.
Have had pizza here several times over the years as I frequently stay in the close Hilton Garden Inn. They offer a one topping, large pizza for just $17 every day between 3:30 and 5 pm. It is a great deal on a very tasty pizza. Takeout also includes their signature range dressing and honey (for dipping the crust into)
We ordered through Door Dash and when the pizza's arrived they were burnt and disgusting. Not edible and then when we tried to call the company we could never get them on the phone. Very disappointing. :(
Ordered via DoorDash which I should know better but did it anyway. I ordered a large pizza, honey, and requested a cup of red sauce as it isn’t on the DoorDash menu. Pizza was delivered cold (on DoorDash) BUT the pizza was burnt to a crisp. The crust was not eatable, which I had heard is one of the highlights of this place. For $35 for a large pizza, there better be something special about the place!! And my request for a cup of red sauce - totally ignored. As much as I dislike chain pizza places (I’m from NY), at least Papa Johns and Little Caesars has some quality control and would have never sent a pizza this burnt!
