The pizza was alright, the second time they made it. When I ordered the first time, they didn't make it right, so I had to wait another hour to get it made the way I ordered it. I'm thankful they remade it for me, but they should have had it right the first time. It didn't have as much garlic, as I would have liked, being called wild garlic...but that's ok.
I used to love this place! I honestly don’t think I will ever go back though.We came in on a Sunday, it wasn’t that busy. We ordered two slices and some pesto knots.When we were close to finishing our pizza, I noticed we had never gotten our pesto knots. I walked up and asked the hostess/waitress and she said she would check in on them. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes, she never returned, I sat back down.30 minutes goes by, still no pesto knots, the hostess had just been sitting at the entrance this whole time.I finally walked up and just asked for my money back. She was shocked we hadn’t received them yet. She was the only one running food out!She was unable to process the refund, and asked if they were sitting back there, would we like them still… I declined.I never got the refund, which wasn’t honestly that surprising.It didn’t help that you pay up front, so I had tipped 20%, assuming I’d at the very least get the food I ordered and some half decent service. My mistake.It really sucks this place has gone downhill this bad. I love supporting local businesses, but I can’t ever see myself returning here. Oh well!
Worst customer service experience ever. I ordered a pizza from the website and arrived to pick it up as scheduled. Staff lied and said they did not receive the order. I showed them the confirmation text on my phone. They then admitted they received the order but did not make it. I asked for a refund and they refused to issue a credit, saying that I could only obtain a refund through the website. The website is a one-off ordering system that does not allow you to sign in and/or view previous orders. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you want to be lied to and charged for food you don't get, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend not giving them your business.
Super lame experience! I ordered online through their website then almost 2 hours later still no food. My fiancé went down there to see what was going on and they told him no refunds were available! So he had to sit and wait 20 more minutes for them to “finish the order “ I understand the staffing shortage and things might take longer than usual but they handled it so unprofessionally and it seemed like they didn’t care at all .
Best Pizza in Nevada. The staff are professional and quick. Heard the jams coming from the kitchen, knew it was going to be a good pizza. Thanks again- will definitely be back ?????
We live right around the corner! Rather than spending half an hour trying to figure out dinner, our pizza was ready in 20 minutes. It was very hot when we picked it up, and the crust was nice and crisp. This was our first time getting two whole pizzas. We walk by here everyday and finally ordered. Definitely not disappointed! The staff is genuinely awesome❤️
This place was a great find. The crust was to die for. The rest of the pizza was just as good. Unique in the fact that they have honey on the tables. Dip the crust in the honey...heaven. The prices were very fair. The quality was high. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone tired of the same old pizza.
Really nice place...brick wall interior and exterior. Service was excellent and friendly (Rylie). Clean place to visit and the pizza is very good also. It's a must to try... enjoying my visit and I will visit again. ?
Pizza was average, but the wait was around 20-25 min for the pizza and the cheesey breadI saw a sign saying that staffing is at a shortage, so maybe it's normally betterCheesey bread was a bit underwhelming for how much it costed ($8)Good selection of beer on tap and plenty of seating
My favorite pizza place in Reno. A little pricier than others but I always think it's worth it. The crust is phenomenal and their ranch is great (very dill forward).
