Awful. My burger and fries cost 12.00. I ordered a build your own burger and when I got it, I couldn't believe the size. I could have bought a burger this size anywhere else on a kid's menu for under 2.00. I had tomato and lettuce, sliced so thin and so small I could literally see through them. The meat was gross. I'm shocked I could even taste it through the cup of mustard that it was drenched in. Better to stick with the other food places at the mall.
Good food its located inside the mall so be ready, it can get very busy they do serve alcohol which is a plus.
Burgers weren't very good. I ordered a build your own double cheeseburger with shrooms and grilled onions but they had like maybe 4 pieces of tiny mushrooms and barely any onions inside of it. I've had more mushrooms and onions in a burger from jack in the box or any other fast food chain... meat was overcooked, and overall tasted like overdone hamburgers with lots of cheese and sauce... I also ordered a bacon cheese fry, which was basically 1/2 a normal bacon strip cut into 4 piece and placed on top of cheese. Would have been better off ordering the same fries from Charley's Cheesesteaks from down the food court. I decided to give 2 stars instead of 1, mainly because it was edible and not disgusting to point I didn't eat it... I do not plan on ordering here again after that.
Anytime I eat at the food court i always find myself at Wayback burgers. Good food, would give 5 stars but the cheesesteak wasn't on par with their burgers.
Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long while, great customer service too, definitely coming back
Best mall food I've ever had. Some things are a little pricey but it's made fresh and didn't make me sick. Going back to try other things on the menu.
By far the WORST customer service I've EVER received.We used Doordash and received 1 wrong item.. we asked for a custom double burger and got the opposite of what we asked for. It wasn't even wrapped up and the bag and rest of the food was covered in Mustard.I called the restaurant and talked to Brian who claimed to be the manager and he blamed the doordash driver for picking up the wrong order. This is a fast food chain and they handed the driver the wrong order.Even though everything else was correct. This restaurant is careless and food is TRASH. 10/10 would not recommend
Great, friendly service! The wait was a little long but totally worth it because the food was phenomenal! Definitely will return!
this girl said it would take 4 minutes and i’ve been standing here for 15 minutes waiting for just one side of french fries while other people before me already got their order
I would give this location NO stars if i could. I came in and picked up my order which had 2 drinks and 1 burger. I asked for a drink carrier and she said they were out. I asked for a bag amd she said she disnt have one. Keep in mibd the burger came in one. The burger was in a bag. I had to walk all the way back through the mall with these drinks with both my hands full and the mall was packed with people. Her attitude told me she just didnt want to get a bag for me, that she had to be difficult. I will never eat there again so long as she works there. Unprofessional, rude, and difficult staff, amd she wasnt wearing mask. Yeah, no thanks.
