Love the customer service! The staff is friendly and always knows what we want when we pull up! 5 stars is not enough!
Well I haven't had the chance to be a customer there yet. But I do powerwash there sidewalks and outside table area.
This has to be the best non local coffee shop (coffee shop chain) in the greater northern Nevada area. Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and polite. Excellent location. Every time i visit it is always a great positive experience. Thank you for all that you do. Keep up the good work.
In my opinion their coffee here is much better than Dutch or Starbucks. The line is usually shorter as well. Ever since we discovered this place we don't go to any other drive thru coffee joints.
Today's coffee choice was fabulous!!! We don't normally stop here but so glad we did. My Snowy Mocha breve, iced was perfection
Coffee is as good or better than Starbucks and Duch Bros with a much, much shorter wait, and you get a chocolate covered bean!
The Human Bean was our go to spot. Quality of service and product topped any local Starbucks. We go out of our way to stop by the Human Bean since there is none close to where we live in NW Reno. One day recently we went through the drive thru like normal, ordered our drink and since they did not offer whipped cream like normal, we asked to have than added to our drink. We were told to tell them at the window. Weird, but ok. I gave my payment and reminded the person for the whipped cream. I don't think she heard me so I reminded again. When they handed me the drink without whipped cream, I very politely asked for whipped cream. The Barista then started to yell at us about the need to tell them to add whipped cream. She was very rude about the whole situation and spent all of 5 seconds to add whipped cream. Needless to say, we were in complete shock over the way we were treated. I expect this low lever of service at many other places in town, but certainly never had this from the Human Bean. I decided to no escalate anything further, having worked in the service industry, I know nothing good would have come of that. I accepted my drink, said thank you and drove off. The entire experience left such a bad taste in our mouth, we couldn't even finish the drinks and pretty much ruined out day. Is the Human Bean falling in the poor customer service trap that we experience at most places around Reno? Lately we have been going to another coffee shop much closer to us. To say the Human Bean failed is an understatement in this case.
Excellent coffee place!! I come here almost every day. I get me the 20 ounce vanilla ice latte and a chocolate chip muffin! ☺. This place is heaven. Honestly, I think The Human Bean is better than Starbucks. I am addicted to this place! So if you want a great cup of coffee and a delicious treat, or a refreshing smoothie, or a nice tea, come here. Wonderful and friendly service too! This place also sells really cool shirts and coffee mugs, etc. Everything is great here. The best coffee I ever had. Sometimes I come here twice a day!!
Nestled nicely in the 1145 portion of the photograph; if you lay it flat, of course; efficient; and efficiently managed, Coffee Shop right before the Freeway; which; by travel-time, is able to reach the heart of Sparks in about eleven minutes; courtesy of my experience driving through DoorDash.
First things first, they WILL mess up your order. Secondly, There isn’t really any food options and it’s definitely not a dine in as this site states. I could have forgiven all if I hadn’t been looked at like an alien for asking for two sugar packets.
