I think that it is absolutely disgusting that a customer is expected to PAY to have their drink remade. That's like totally punishing the customer for a Barista's careless mistake. Starbucks doesn't even do that for crying out loud. Wow, what a shame.
Coffee is always good, staff is kind and accommodating and they are usually very quick! It's predominantly a drive through but I believe they have a couple of outside tables if you would like to sit.
Haven't had their coffee but the Italian Sodas they make are magnificent.
I would say for personal preference that this is the best coffee in Reno. Definitely a step above Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and everyone has an upbeat attitude. They also have some delicious breakfast sandwiches and other food items.
