Went at 802 and told they closed. So tried to go the next morning said they open at 10am and by 145pm they were still closed.
Says they're open at 9am it is 1042 and nothing. Bad business.
Good ole fashion char burgers with a side of fries! Affordable and clean. Friendly staff and they accept Caesar rewards.
Ordered cheeseburger meal with extra onion rings. I also ordered their Cobb salad. Their salad was strangely chopped and ingredients all mixed up except for a dollop of guacamole stuff on the side. I asked for no cheese. I also ordered a chicken salad which I was going to save for the next day, it wasn’t chopped up. I started eating the salad, but it strangely tasted sour. I couldn’t tell what was making it taste weird. I ate most of it because I was hungry. My husbands meal was very tasty. One hour later, my stomach cramped up and I felt nauseous. I threw up everything. Worst eating experience at the Row. Never going back.
Very disappointed after being told this place had good burgers. Burgers were thin, dry, flavorless, and way overcooked. Toasted bun made them taste drier. Fries were good. Milkshakes were average. ONLY ONE CASHIER TAKING ORDERS, with a dozen employees making burgers or something, with over 30 people waiting in line. All that time waiting only to learn they were out of onion rings at dinner time.

Absolutely delicious. The char on the burgers is incredible, the patties are cooked to perfection, everything is hot/juicy, and each time you take a bite you never want it to end. The buns were buttered/toasted with a crisp exterior and soft, pillowy interior. The price is exceptionally reasonable. $20 for two full meals. The customer service was great, particularly Sophia. She was helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor. Can’t ask for more than that! Overall; highly recommend! Great except for covid precautions
This place is worth trying. They have large portions for affordable rates. Regularly well organized and with great ambience. Would recommend to others.
