This place is straight bomb! Extremely flavorful food ?
The customer service was A+. The only bad thing I have to say is that if you're getting a teriyaki bowl and they ask you if you want vegetables just say no because really what they mean is you're getting a bunch of lettuce. As you can see in the photo I got one piece of broccoli and two very thin slices of squash. I would have rather skipped it. But again I can't give because the customer service more than five stars and they deserve it they were super polite.Post owners response; had I known that was an option, I would have.P.S. do I have to ask for any burned meat to be cut off prior to being served too!
Love teriyaki madness. Always have quick and friendly service. Not to mention the spicy chicken bowl is delicious! Highly recommend.
Teriyaki madness is a gift to society delivered directly from god! I love teriyaki madness with every bone in my body. The staff is young but so happy helpful and sweet. The food is like a warm fire on a cold winters night as it just warms my heart. Teriyaki madness will be there for you in your darkest of times and best of times thank you to everyone at teriyaki madness
The worst Teriyaki Madness; the food I order was not up to standards by any means. I order 3 chicken egg rolls and they were so hard, over cooked and no flavor at all. Store bought are way better than these egg rolls. The marinate on the teriyaki beef tasted weird and old, it definitely wasn’t fresh. I called to complain and the manager has no customer service skills, she got so upset when I asked for her boss’s number and did not want to give it to me, and she hanged up the phone on me. Maybe she shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t keep up with simple complaints. I didn’t like that she lied about having fresh food because she didn’t see the kind of food I received. Horrible customer service!!!
I usually have no issues with TM. However, I was very disappointed with the portion size received for our takeout order. I literally received two pieces of chicken and few scraps with my order. Not acceptable for the prices they charge.
So Good!! Can't believe i haven't come in before, cooked well, and just super yummiest I've had in a long time. Will be coming back
The last few times we’ve been they’ve really skimped on the chicken. This last time, it was laughable. And really burnt. I’ll give it another try but the meat portions and quality need serious work. I also feel like the prices have increased quite a bit despite the shrinking meat portions.
After about 8 tries, I am fed up with this place. Unfortunately, the food is good, but the staff are incredibly unorganized and always in a frenzy. I typically order over the phone and come pick up. Often, it takes about 30 minutes from when my order is placed, to when it is ready. Multiple orders I have placed over the phone were never entered in their system, so I have been forced to wait even longer. The staff on multiple occasions have given me something different than what I ordered, or the meat will have no sauce on it. Often times they are out of something, whether it be a sauce or certain rice. I try and try because I hope each time will be better than the last, but I am done.
The food was good. Service is nice. However the place is freezing, they don't turn the heat on and the music they play is loud and not a good selection for a restaurant.
