Great choices of Indian food for 14 dollars on Saturday, also tea and mango juice and bread, indeed was satiated with mouth watering dishes with kabob … definitely recommended

A group of us visited today for dinner for my birthday. I was amazed by both the quality and the value of the food. I thought we ordered too much food and was nervous by to see the bill. However, it was far less expensive by than I expected despite ordering several mains, a few orders of samosas, and naan bread. This may be higher during the lunch buffet. Many items on the menu can be made vegan if requested and the staff are knowledgeable. Even the naan can be made vegan. The staff were helpful and welcoming, the food was amazing, and the value was good! I highly recommend.

My wife and I and a couple of friends enjoyed dinner tonight. We live in Washoe Valley so it was quite a drive to come in but still worth it. This place is truly authentic and the staff is friendly and quick to get the food out. Everything we ordered tasted amazing with well balanced seasonings. The price has gone up a bit on the dinners but I'm sure the buffets for the weekend are a steal. For dessert, a warm chai is super tasty.

I have been to this restaurant several times for the buffet (which used to be daily but is now only on weekends). Until today, I would have rated the restaurant 3-4 due to reasonable food quality and moderate price, but lacking in that the physical atmosphere is mediocre, no fruit is available, and the tea is pre-sweetened with no unsweetened option. However, the experience today was terrible. My dining companion and I arrived an hour and a half before they closed, and about half of the food was empty, there was one plate, which I took and those behind me had to wait for more, the silverware was out for a long time with only a few large spoons available, and the bottomless tea was only intermittently available. Perhaps worse, the service was terrible. Not once did anyone come to our table to see if we wanted more water, and the main wait staff person/cashier was incredibly rude when several people, including me, complained about the lack of food. He told us we should just order off the menu. He offered no apologies or a discount if we were willing to redirect to the regular menu. We noted we had come for the buffet, which is a very different experience in terms of having several food options and a more controlled price. At any rate, if a restaurant is capable of this type of dismal experience even once and, worse yet, the shockingly bad customer service, that is enough for me to know it could happen again and to give this place a low rating.

10/10 will go here for Indian food .This is by far my favorite Indian restaurant in Reno. Weird location but the fantastic food and incredibly kind service speaks for itself. I've ALWAYS had good experiences with this restaurant. They're Naan and curries are so flavorful, and the meat is always so tender. They have a wide variety of vegetarian dishes as well. They're prices are VERY reasonable and haven't seemed to rise with the rest of the market.Recently my fiance and I went here and sat down for valentines day. We ordered two different kinds of curry and requested that it would be EXTRA spicy. Other Indian restaurants never seem to add much spice when we ask for it, but they absalutely were happy to fulfill our request here.

There is some good Indian food in Reno but this place is by far my favorite! They got me hooked on cauliflower and everything is spiced so well. The staff is friendly as well. This has become a weekly stop for me.

I went in with my family today. We had the butter chicken, lamb saag, chana malaidar and my favorite majedar chicken special. The service was spectacular, they are very attentive and accommodate to your special food needs. We will be back to try out to buffet!

The food here was outstanding!! The service a little slow but that may be because they either were short on staff or don’t believe in bothering you every moment? Either way it was fine. So plan on coming for a leisurely dinner. I will definitely be eating here as often as I can when visiting Reno. Don’t let the location or atmosphere put you off (a little boring but clean). We pulled up and debated whether to pull back out but threw caution into the wind and put our trust into the reviews. In all honesty, I’m fairly new to the Indian food scene, only having eaten it a handful of times but the flavors were absolutely delicious. We ordered the Aloo Gobi, chicken Tikka masala, butter naan, cheesy naan (for the 7yo), riata, and hot chai tea. We played it safe this time but I can’t wait to try different dishes next time. EAT HERE!! Unfortunately, no photos because I was too busy scarfing it down to care.

Excellent Indian Meal. Been to this lovely restaurant couple of times during my stay in Calefurnia . Super impressed with decor, ambience, food and attentive service. Seemed like a lovely owner run business, and it reflected in attention to detail towards smallest of the things, incl generous portion sizes and great presentationWould highly recommend to try it and use it as a benchmark for your dining experience (at least Indian cuisine), and you'll be coming back for more. Great going guys, all the best ?

Hands down best Indian food. Amazing flavor fresh ingredients. I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The owners/staff are amazing and willingly able to answer any questions. Extremely professional, kind and treat you like family.
