I was delayed 36 hours went to grab a drink. Little did I know I would have my day turned around. Amanda the bartender listened and was kind and compassionate. Made the rest of my nearly 40 hour trip full of hope and seeing humanity at its best. Thanks Amanda.
I came in around 2:30pm and the bartender was so awful. She was unfriendly, ignoring tables that sat, taking her time to clean up spills and clearly didn’t want to be there. I’ve worked in the service industry and I understand what it’s like to be short staffed. This person is clearly miserable and needs retraining or to be fired.
Went in for a drink bartender looked at me I smiled at her waited 10 minutes but didn’t get served. Wow so rude & unprofessional
Bartender literally just ignored me, served a group that came in behind, and then said she was too busy to take to go order (half the place was empty). Sure glad I’m not the owner. Seriously eff’d up. Looking at the reviews she’s getting away with this quite often.
Fire that depressed, miserable old maid working Thursday night!!!! Geez…………. Reno Is sure hard up. Sad, rude, should not work in customer service…… shame.. Merry Christmas
Staff does not seem to care about providing a quality service. I personally observed and heard a number of annoyed customers that simply walked away from the place. Staff is slow and do not realize that they are working at an airport where travelers have time constraints.
Just wanted one beer. Waited for 20 mins while only one bartender tried to serve a group of 6 other people. Very chaotic. Left without a beer. Don’t get how it could be this bad…
Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewers. Rude staff. I wanted to eat here but changed my mind and went to subway instead. Would recommend others do the same
Sat for over 20 minutes, flagged down the server multiple times on a non-busy day. Finally got a menu, she never returned. Bad service, horrible attitude.
Extremely rude bartender. Stood there with another person and was first told needed to leave at 638 even though they close at 7. Then sure said they could do drinks only. We obliged but then sure ignored us standing there for an additional 10 minutes while she kept serving the same customers at the bar and getting them refill after refill. I’ll never be back! This was on 7/19/21 at 638 pm.
