I love this place. The Cafe has amazing food and excellent customer serviceThe casino floor is always nice and clean. Employees are all very welcoming and nice. One of my favorite places to go gamble at.
Breakfast & most menu items are reasonably priced at the cafe here. But the casino is a cold, cold downer - one small win after giving it a go 3 months in a row.. Sorry, but I can't continue to play here & have some fun when every machine turns itself off when I sit down.
I like TAMARACK JUNCTION. I do win and enjoy the visit every time.The food is consistent and so is the service. The decor is beautiful and the club is spotless. First I checked the bathrooms. Lol. 10 stars. Excellent! Clean and inviting.Then the Customer Service desk. Very personable friends.Then food. Again 10 stars.Employees where in the " Whatever you need, We have it"" mode. Again 10 stars. Very low key and inviting. I made the drive and Enjoyed it COMPLETELY!I won!!! The wine was EXCEPTIONAL! Service Exceptional.I have to give Management 10 stars. Very involved and open. Open door policy, and truly concerned with your enjoyment.All in all. TEN STARS!!!!!GREAT JOB GUYS. **********.
Clean and comfortable. Nice basketball court. Typical bar and restaurant. Restroom facilities are spotless. Too few ticket redemption machines can make for a difficult cash-out process. Would like to see better entrance capability. Two sets of very large doors, that aren’t automatic, may create difficulty for some.
The DC Cafe was ok. Not at all busy with lots of open tables to enjoy breakfast. This was my first time here so I wasn't sure what to expect. Good prices. I went with the Mushroom and Bacon omelette. Food came out and the omelette and hash browns looked great. Waitress stated that she was still waiting on my toast which I thought was odd as it takes less than 2 minutes to make toast. She comes back again later to tell me an odd story about the toast and why it's still not ready. By the time my toast came out (12 minutes later)..I finished the main items of my meal and was just sitting there. When the toast finally got to my table I get told another story about why some of the toast is under toasted and the other over toasted. Offers to get me something else for my trouble but I just wanted to finish my meal and go. Could have offered a discount. I didn't want to wait on any added food items. Waitress seemed scatter brain and not able to juggle or concentrate on her duties. I normally take great photos of the food I order and share them to Google. I have almost 8 million photo views from the places I go. But wasn't able to share my meal as I never had it all on the table at once.
Attended a banquet Buffett style. Great staff. Clean. Plenty of room for guests, Buffett line, speaker, music, dancing and displays.
Meeting room well equipped and away from the casino. Excellent food, staff was very attentive, acoustics perfect, plenty of screens. Definitely will attend more classes and conferences here.
I love this casino. This is the white collar Casino of Reno, clean and comfortable.Atmosphere is relaxing, no homeless panhandling, players club has good rewards.
Fantastic place I ALWAYS do good at the Tamarack ALWAYS. And now that they brought back the good old menu it's 100% the best spot in my opinion for a fantastic meal . Great portion and a great price . Friendly people , Great service .
I recommend this place Good service and nice people always friendly !! Also they have a restaurant Nevada steak house ! Delicious food ! Casino employees give the best service !!!!
