As always, great service and food. We always feel welcome here and the sushi is amazing. The entire staff is friendly and hospitable. They are a staple of northwest reno and our favorite sushi place. Thank you!
I love this place! The sushi is excellent, the service is excellent and most importantly, the sushi is bite size as it should be. You can order several rolls for variety and not fill up after 2-3. The King Kong had 6 pieces -PERFECT.
This place is an absolute disaster! I rarely give restaurants bad reviews but my husband and I took our grandkids here for dinner my grandson loves sushi! And not only did the people that came after us get all their food for the larger party than we are but they got all their food at the same time. When myself and my grandson got our food they didn’t even bring my husbands food until after we said we just wanted to cancel it that was 15 almost 20 minutes. When I went to speak to the manager he said That I have to understand that they are busy and then told me you don’t understand how sushi works sushi comes when sushi comes. Seriously?! That’s how you treat your customers?! We didn’t even order all you can eat we ordered everything à la carts! As you can see and all my previous reviews I am always considerate of restaurants and what they go through especially during the pandemic but this place? Absolutely horrible!
My daughter had told us about this restaurant for years. On your birthday day you can get all you can eat Sushi and rolls, which they follow religiously. They have a very reasonable all you can eat when it's not your birthday. It's in a small shopping center, but is clean and the food and service is great. Don't miss 'The Chao' roll and 'Donald Duck' nigiri.
Delicious food nice atmosphere
I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Very classy and stylish atmosphere. Very clean establishment. Excellent high-quality ingredients. They give FREE hot sake with the all-you-can eat Mon-Thur. They give you a FREE all-you-can-eat meal on your birthday!!! Wonderful friendly staff. Very quick and efficient service. And never super busy like other places in town. (Lets change that! :)I have eaten here at least 5 or 6 times and have never been disappointed! Neither will you!
This place has been one of my favorites for many years! Affordable AYCE with a huge selection, friendly staff, and amazing food! They do also serve plates other than sushi!! Highly recommend!
We came in at 815p to celebrate my boyfriend's friend who had just passed. They used to come here, and it was meaningful end the memorial with a dinner here.We were treated so badly by the sushi 'chef'. It felt like a joke at first. He asked 5 times before we could look at the menu if we were going to order. I told him I have a wheat allergy - he responds by saying he has "no idea what's in his kitchen." Weird, but ok. They're usually incredibly accommodating and even serve tamari. He then served us a tempura fried roll (not what we ordered), knowing I had a wheat allergy, and then LIED REPEATEDLY about what it was! When called out, his response was 'I thought you had been here before. You should know the menu." Wow. We do. Which is why we caught it. Thank goodness. When we straight up asked why he was being like this, he tried to play it down - its not a big deal, no reason to get upset, etc., etc. - after he pushed every button. Horrible treatment, you try to get me to eat something you know I'm allergic to, but it's all fine? We were both trying to stay positive: we made it through dinner, thanked them, and left. Usually tip $40 to the chef and 25% to the team. First time I haven't.Almost felt bad, but then both of us got sick. I spent last night throwing up, and my boyfriend was ill this morning. If you hate your job that much - quit. Don't poison your customers.
I love their Nigiri selection on AYCE menu. Fun music and chill vibe. My husband and I loved our first experience here. The fish is really good for the price! 20.95 AYCAE! This sushi restaurant is soo good! My new fave!
