Decoy restaurant to waste people's time. It used to be my favorite Subway in town, however, now it became a place to get disappointed. The doors are closed with one worker inside more than half of the times without a clear reason, the worker ignores waving & knocking the door. There is an open sign, but clearly there is no services. When you are lucky and the doors are open, you see the most rude workers who don't like to do anything. I am providing this date time stamp hoping that management would review. On Mar 11 2021 at 2:40, I wanted with my family to order 6 sandwiches, the two workers at that time refused, saying that they MIGHT get busy. No one else was in or around the store. I asked them if they could make 3 sandwiches and if by the time they are done, and there is no one else ordering may be they could make another three, but again they refused saying that they might not have enough chicken. I told them that we will order beef instead, but again they refused and failed to provide any reasonable explanation. Very rude people who don't what to work and know nothing about customer service. Not really sure why bother having equipment, product and workers in a place that has closed doors more than half the time and not providing services when it is open. Haven't been to a Subway in years, better than I remember. Staff was great, food was okay, when you can get a footlong sandwich for $7 you can't expect much better than that.
Worst customer service. Very rude!!This place, with extremely rude workers, doesn't even deserve the first star.I was the only customer when I went in. Didn’t even greet when I came in, stood there waiting to order for a whole darn 5min. I had to say hi, in order for them to noticed me and prepare my sandwich.
Clean and quiet location. Visited in the early afternoon. Ingredients were fresh, bread was delicious and the young men were nice and quick!
This place was the worst. Young lady at the counter was rude and condescending. Wouldnt serve my children and i because i was wearing a face covering and not an actual mask. Would never stop here again until the entire staff is replaced.
I'm a bit of an obsessive Subway customer. I go 2-3 times a week wherever I live. I drive to Reno from Carson for this one. This is without doubt the best one I've visited. Staff are super-friendly, they have the freshest bread and ingredients.
I think the service is always good. But recently the “Open” light has been turned off in the evening. I see it on during the day and it’s early enough that the store isn’t closed…
I just love their sandwiches.
Updated review! Seems they got a new staff or at least a few new employees. I don’t remember her name but (blonde hair?) My server was so sweet and made my order at record speed and didn’t look at me weird when I wanted extra salt and pickles on my sandwich. Everything was SO good. I will be back!
