I went for breakfast. I ordered an almond milk latte and a sandwich. They got the order wrong and I ended up with a milk latte. The barista working the bar remade the drink to her credit and was friendly and professional.
Normally this is a great Starbucks, but my husband went through the drive through this morning to get me a coffee as a treat (he is not a coffee drinker) and the drive through person was very short and rude with him for not understanding the other options when they didn't have what I wanted ( a dark roast coffee of whatever they are brewing? Really?) Please take a deep breath, and be kind.
Well this Starbucks is a little busy but it's because it's very popular.And the reason it's popular is because it's well appointed and the staff are friendly and the drinks come out exactly the way you would expect them to at Starbucks.
Even though the drive through line was long we got in and out of there quick and our beverages tasted excellent.
I love this Starbucks. No matter the lines, they always move quickly, and they’re great at giving my dog pup cups. I rarely visit most coffee shops anymore but come here every weekend to grab a bite because they are quick, friendly, and my dog loves them.
Would've given 5 stars, but this location will frequently close at random hours in the middle of the day without notice or plausible reason. Otherwise it's a great location
Had good experience at this Starbucks and they did take my Starbucks cup and gave me my 10 cents cup discount. The barista was friendly, not like the barista at the Gardnerville Starbucks!

This place is always busy and they do a great job keeping lines moving and not once have i had an issue with my order. The employess are easy to talk to and willing to answer any question you may have. Except for when you ask " why is your pjone number not on he cup " it got a lauhh but number lol. This place is my go to check it out for yourself and enjoy.
Even though they are always busy they're pretty quick about getting your order ready. Very friendly and polite.
