I love this Starbucks! Very fast, friendly, and accurate service! Cindy is awesome! Her caring nature, and her kindness, bring a nice home feeling to the restaurant..These employees are great at their jobs, everytime I go to another Starbucks, my drink usually isn't made correctly. I will drive out of my way to come to this location. Thank you for all of your hard work and for starting my day off in a good direction!
Great customer service. Shared lemonade and tea with friends inside of Starbucks. Had over an hour visit with good company. During this time this location was extremely busy. Each employee always had a smile on their face and all of the customers seemed pleased.
Incredible staff. Welcoming, friendly, and patient. Shoutout to barista Sofa for her genuine kindness. We appreciate the service it’s rare to come by these days.
I went in here a few times, the coffee and service is as good as other Starbucks.
The employees are passive aggressive and I think it’s cute but really it’s ugly.
Clean, easy access and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a decaf beverage, but on the first sip I could tell it was caffeinated - I checked with a barista who confirmed the label didn't say decaf and he immediately offered to replace it. Nice to sit with my sister and enjoy some chat with our coffee.
I don't usually leave reviews, however I wanted to give a shout out to Tabby. Her sunny smile was a welcome treat when I walked in with my daughter. She gave us a free cake pop that didn't get picked up and an extra lemon cake due to size. She was so generous and kind! The man who helped us behind the counter (didn't catch his name) was super friendly as well. I don't usually go to this Starbucks finding the convenience of the drive through in McCarran to be easier with the toddler in tow, however, if this is the service I can expect from here I've found my new Starbucks location!
