Not too busy is apparently more than they can handle, placed a mobile order which had not yet been made by the time I arrived however they chose to “slowly” make walk in customer orders after I arrived. Not sure if the young girl with the bullring was even breathing, she clearly didn’t want to be there. The older blonde was underwater with the handful of orders that they had this morning. Orders were half made and no one seemed to have a clue what they were doing, totally disorganized. My order was no different than the other customers, half filled and simply set on the far counter. Would not have known it was part of my order if I had not walked over and looked at the cup. The only customers they spoke to were the three that were at the register. When I informed the older Lady that half of my order was not there lady that half of my order was not there, she asked me what else I had and when I informed her she then told me that she needed to see my app as though I was trying to get something for free. I told her they were very disorganized this morning and she tried to say that they were having problems with their system and technology was causing the problems this morning. I informed her that no one even simply greeted any other customers and the technology has nothing to do with their failure of customer service. She then suggested I try a different location. At least they are consistent in their service failures…
Food and coffee are consistently OK nothing fabulous but consistent
Stopped for a Frappuccino. Was quick and delicious. Will return.
This Star bucks is as good as others Star Bucks. The only draw back is that there is no drive thru service, but the dine atmosphere is really nice.

Good, clean location. Nice staff.Not sure why one of the employees insists on parking that big truck right in front of the store though. When I drive my truck, I try to be considerate by parking further from businesses. When u drive my wrx, it makes no difference.Just gotta learn to think more about others. :-)
Was ok but a disconnect from order to pick up. Took 3 asks to have my paid coffee made.

I guess, it's first come first serve here/ She made someone's else drink before my Frappuccino/ Is it because a green tea Frap, harder to make ? But I was there first..waited for a few minutes and this guy just walked in and got his drink with less waiting, unfair.
