I come here to study and do homework. I pay attention to the interactions between the baristas and the customers while I work. If you ever come to this location and it is taking a little longer for service, just know its because their shift lead (manager?) is providing top tier service and checking up on her team constantly. I have never seen someone be so invested in the happiness of her customers and her coworkers. It honestly makes me more excited to hang out here because I feel comfortable and valued.
Service was really fast and I really liked my drink
Stopped to get coffee for a friend, they seemed so happy and they were so polite. I dont drink coffee but if I did I would go here more.
As far as the friendliness of the staff goes, they were excellent and working their butts off. The three stars are for Starbucks in general. You can not just "walk in" to Starbucks anymore and order an item and get it in under 30 minutes now because of mobile ordering and all of the delivery services. I recommend if you're coming here to order in person that you make a day of it. Bring the family, bring some laundry to fold while you wait, or quite possibly get your doctorate by the time the mobile orders have allowed a break in the flood for your latte to get finished.
Service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly, the drive through took longer than most and it took a few minutes after pulling up to the order board.
Can’t dine in, though they have drive thru and lots of free parking. Baristas made my order exactly how I wanted. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ Starbucks!
I honestly don’t think that if you order a grande flat white you should have to verify that they are putting three shots in. The one time I don’t and they give me practically warmed up milk! They have shorted me in the past and so I’ve known to always verify that they put three shots in the second I don’t once again they short me! Paid $12 for two hot cups cups of water with milk in them..sorry it’s not hard to tell when your coffee looks like off colored milk….. smh not ok!
I think I am done with Starbucks. This time I ordered a venti and got a grande and I was told that my drink was going to be $5.25 but when I get up to the window now it's $5.85 and that is the too big of a deal but when they handed me a small drink I just took it because I was already late from the line around the block and I had to go but this was terrible in my opinion.
I asked for 2 things from the secret menu and the first girl was nice about it and then the second girl decided to open her mouth and be very rude about “not knowing how to make the drinks” and so like stop talking and let the one who knows how to do it. On top of that they were very hesitant about telling me what they were out of and what drinks they can’t make and they were just overall very rude I wouldn’t go back and I wouldnt reccomend anyone going there
We frequently go to Starbucks, but today's trip was disappointing. The coffee tasted bad & the store itself was not very clean
