OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have been to several Starbucks locations around the country. From California and Nevada, all the way to Nebraska and even New York. The Keystone/ 7th location in Reno is the best location I have ever been to. I order online most days and my order is always ready early or right on time. The customer service is amazing!!! They are very friendly and present a good-natured vibe for the Keystone, University, and other surrounding communities. The store has a very calm vibe and I feel welcomed being there. I am located pretty far from this location but it’s definitely worth the drive for me. If you ever want Starbucks, this is the best location. Thank you to everyone working here!
Everytime I go in there they are doing some type of deep clean. I like when I walk into SB's and they say hello to you. This location does it more than other ones I have been to.
Rap SERVICE by way of failing to meet any standards of amenities that STARBUCKS is known for nationally. Customer service is fine if ALL YOU want is a drive through experience. Making this any kind of neighborhood coffee shop to the truest sense and full intent of the phrase is a complete waste of money and time. No INTERNET, or rather allegedly intermittent fiber optic broadband internet service rarely connects, and the only excuse given by ALL managers is that is due to the carrier they claim is AT&T.
I had an emergency situation with my daughter-while driving she became faint (she has a medical conditon) she went into this location to cool down and get a juice. I was shortly behind her I went in and asked if hey had seen her and they pointed the direction. As I'm getting in my car.. an employee comes out and says to me..she was acting suspicious and spent an hour in the bathroom. I immediately asked if they rendered any help. I knew it was no because of what he had said.Where have we gone wrong.. that a young woman walks in ill and is judged with suspicious behavior..more over, where employees are over cautious in offering help.. either way it's disheartening.
Best place ever and the cashiers are so friendly
Young girls that work there or fantastic and on top of their work I was very pleased and the roads are super polite and friendly they made me feel welcome and this is the way you want to feel everytime you go into any restaurant or coffee shop.I want to say thank you for your great job.
They spend 20 hours making fresh cold brew coffee. They had run out the morning I was there. I had to pick something else, but the barista had good suggestions, which were yummy. Very good service.
Almost always makes my lattes short. They straight pour which gives it lots of foam and only have a drink... that's called a cappuccino. The kids need to learn integrity. You didnt steam enough milk, dont "make it work", make it right.
The staff here is very friendly. Our daily walk includes our stop. I wish they would post when it is takeout only online. We depend on having indoor seating to rest. If we can’t we need to know. I m sure oth regulars would appreciate it as well. Thanks for think of your customers!
I usually love this Starbucks.. however it is frustrating when you look up a business and it claims it opens at 4:30am and it's almost 6am and they are not open. I would not have gotten up this early, got dressed, and drove across town in freezing weather - except for I looked up their business and it said they were open.. yeah they are open and workers are staring at me pulling on a locked door. Please update your business hours, I have 2 kids I dragged out with me so it's upsetting
