I think this location takes a lot of slack. I think because of where they are at, they have a hard time staying fully staffed and get very busy. I've almost always had a very pleasant experience having lived up the street for over 2 years now. Other than the walk-in only Starbucks at the Summit Mall, this is the only coffee shop on the way to Mt. Rose so they get very busy and have a lot of customers. They do great regardless and deserve praise for how slammed they get.
Very friendly staff. they were out of lids for most of their cup sizes, but were friendly and eager to work around their issue and make the experience as positive as possible
This might be the worst Starbucks in Reno. I just called the manager because I obviously got the wrong drink. She said well do you want me to comp you? No, how about you look at what your staff is doing. This isn’t the first time at this place and it will be the last. I’ll make sure I don’t visit this site again.

This place is a rip-off . I ordered a grande cappuccino at the drive-thru and got a cup with mostly foam barely any coffee. It's over 4$, The coffee was not warm and they did not offer any sugar. I would not recommend this location the customer service is very poor. The drive-thru attendant looked like he was halfway asleep and had a bad attitude.

Ordered using the app 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my 2 drinks. Watched a barista take orders that were behind mine and put them in front because she knew the person. Bottom line. It should not take 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Horrible customer service!
