Great location with a friendly staff and the order is always right. So glad my local store is full of ACE folks!
They cannot seem to pull it together on weekday mornings! I mobile order and sit and wait 25 minutes for my drinks! This happens all the time!!
I understand that mornings can be busy and trying to serve customers in a timely manner is important. However, I don’t like picking up my drink with cold foam running down the side of the cup after the person that made it noticed the cold foam running and set it down for pick up anyway. Take the 2-5 seconds to wipe the cup. Little things like that speak volumes about your quality of customer service. Not to mention that my drink taste like ice water when it should taste like coffee. Unfortunately, the barista put too much ice in the drink.

Love Starbucks! Tried his location yesterday. Drive thru was very efficient even though the line on a snowy morning was long. The staff was friendly too.

I am impressed with the staff here. I guess I visit enough that those covering the drive thru know my favorite drinks and can kid me about upgrading/treating myself when I order a larger size. A great crew at this location and they work fast and efficiently while maintaining a happy environment. Shannon was great todayand I enjoy all my interactions with all the staff.
Stopped in on Thanksgiving. First time getting coffee from this location. The burista was great. They were all very friendly.
