I'm sorry but I tried calling about a previous conversation I was having with the manager who was going to get back with me but hasn't and the employee who answered was extremely rude. First time I called today I heard the employee in the background say to hang up on me. Then I called back and she wouldn't take a message for the manager.
Poor service, did not feel welcome in this business. Felt more like I was an inconvenience than a customer.

Consistently horrible at this location. If you go inside when the drive-thru is five miles long, good luck getting an order. I just walked out, unfortunately. There were six-seven people behind the counter this morning at 0930 and received a superficial “we will be with you shortly.” One person was doing paperwork at the front counter, did not look at me once, which, I mean come on - heaven forbid I was a Bear. When all of your resources are on drive-thru while it still continues to wrap around, but you cannot tend to guests inside, implement a new strategy.Thanks for solidifying my choice of Human Bean this morning.

My experience is always wonderful, if you're in the neighborhood swing by and ask for Anna she's the sweetest barista I've ever had. Thank you Anna for being so kind and making your customers smile.
First off, the guy that took my order was short with me.I proceeded to order a chestnut Praline decaf and got to work just to realize they forgot the whip cream and the flavoring. I paid approximately 5 dollars for a cup of coffee with some cream that was supposed to be a flavorful Christmas drink. Extremely disappointed in the Longley location today.
I hate to leave a bad review anywhere but especially Starbucks because it’s usually my favorite. But it’s been months of bad service, wrong orders, slowness.Most recently what really upset me was i ordered a medicine ball, asked for extra peppermint syrup (not really knowing the drink just tried it once from a coworker) the person taking my order says, “ omg i just wish you kids would stop with your tik tok trends we don’t use peppermint syrup”, and then regardless proceeded to get my other drink a vanilla nonfat latte order wrong!! It’s always something similar wrong milk, not the correct drink sometimes, last week my drink was missing one shot out of my grande latte-but isn’t a grande latte always have two shots of espresso??. Its so disappointing and clearly a trend at this location.Unfortunately i am switching coffee spots, there’s a Human Bean (also a drive thru) on the opposite corner of this Starbucks. loved going to Starbucks because it was the same menu uniform style of making drinks regardless of the location, but after months of wrong orders at this location, specifically, I’m kinda over it.
It's terrible that this is the Starbucks that's closest to my house. Time and time again I think they won't mess it up this time, I don't want to drive the extra 5 minutes... and every time they assure me that 5 minutes would have saved me a messed up order. This place is so bad it's hard to believe it's even a legitimate Starbucks location.
There always very slow here. I order ahead of time online but have to wait in the drive through because they randomly decide to close there lobby.
