This location is severely miss managed, the lobby is constantly closed and when it’s open they put all the chairs up 4 hours before close, constantly out of things like cold brew. Don’t blame the pandemic for this, you just don’t know how to manage this particular store. When they are open though, staff is friendly and get your drinks right.
I go through this STARBUCKS frequently, my order is always correct and tastes great! Workers are friendly despite how busy it is. It's a WIN WIN WIN WIN for me. Parking can be a safety issue. I suggest to park a bit away and walk in. Do no park in a space where the drive through cars line up. I always drive through. Bottom line I always get a great hot drink!

The staff was friendly the service was quick plus they made too much of my drink so they just put it in a bigger size cup for me instead of throwing the extra away.
Staff is nice, my only concern is that they don’t fill up the cups. Which, I find so annoying because the drinks can be expensive. My tea I order, almost always is missing 1/2 inch to an inch which is not fair. I don’t think it’s acceptable. That’s robbing customers. Fill up the cups!!!!
Baristas food and drinks were great. Bathrooms constantly in use, some sketchy characters spending a lot of time here. Met up with friends for a visit but could barely hear them over the too loud music
I love Starbucks and the staff is nice. They have their wait times getting better all the time. Only complaint would be that my cup is less full than other stores seems they leave double the space for whip cream.
I understand that they were busyHowever, Grace gave me a drink that I did not order and when she couldn't sell the lie she offered to make me another oneObviously I'm not going to hold up the line or wait any longer for her to make me the drink I actually ordered.I left very unsatisfied with a drink I didn't order but paid full price for
everyone is always so friendly at the location by my house. they gladly remade a drink for me when i made a mistake and the drinks are always delicious! thank you for the awesome service.
I didn't buy anything because Since C-19 they took away all seating and it's still gone. I won't buy from them until seating is back. Restaurants have seating
