Arrived at 9:33 p.m. to order a shake at the drive-thru where there was approximately 10 cars in front of me. Got my shake at 10:10 p.m. and of course it was partially melted already. Very very slow service
I have been taking my Teams to Sonic for the past 5 years at least 4 times a year from Oregon to Vegas and this one in Reno has the worst Service .Management yelling at employees for helping us out. I had 20 girls here and they complained that we had to big of a order. Well guess what we pay you Check at the end of week I could have taken my team to another sonic and left you hanging with your order because we hadn't been charged Respect your Customers!!!
The young runners seemed very stressed and it wasn't busy. Where have the hello and thank you etiquette gone They don't exist here
The wife and I had to go sock hopping about in our Gold Rod and landed at the sonic drive in great ice cream drinks and wonderful place to grab something light to eat plus a fun place to show off our Hot rod.
Waited 20 minutes. Wanted to leave but they wouldn’t answer my press to order button. On top of that the order was wrong. No excuses…deliver or no customer for you!
Stopped in for a sonic blitz ice cream. They were busy but it has been super hot out. Lady at the drive through looked at me funny when I got an extra spoon with my blitz like I wasn't supposed to share it with my kid who was sitting right next to me. Made me laugh.
For fast food it was delicious. Quick in the drive thru, good was hot, people were friendly. I've never had a bad experience here
Great customer service! They are very under staffed but make up for it with up beat attitudes. Food hit the spot, no complaints.
The food was cold by the time it arrived. The burger was tasteless, the tater-tots were clumped together, and I just ended up requesting a refund from GrubHub. To top it all off, I was as sick as a dog all last night from eating this nonsense, so needless to say I will not be getting food from Sonic ever again.
The milkshakes are not the same anymore. Two days in a row I went to buy a m&m milkshake with extra m&ms and this is what I get. Never again. Not to mention the terrible attitude I get from staff. This is the sonic on 1220 N McCarran.
