Even though we had a reservation and it was early in the evening (5 pm), we were told to wait outside the entrance. They were not busy. Finally we were ushered to a table. We ordered drinks then someone took our dinner order and all four of us ordered the smaller ribeye. We had been to Ruth’s Chris in Hawaii and Birmingham but the other couple ordered due to our experience. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our steaks. The plates were warm not searing hot like they are supposed to be, the mean was too done, gristly and not much flavor. We were unable to talk to a manager and left feeling very disappointed and embarrassed that our friends didn’t experience a wonderful steak.

We had a reservation at 6:30 but table wasnât ready. We offered to sit in the bar-lounge but were told by the host that we âshouldâ wait for our table instead. After being seated we waited more than 10 minutes to meet our server, close to 25 minutes for our drinks, and another 15 or so for our ahi appetizer. We waited so long for our server to greet us that we put in our order right away but by 7:50 nothing was ready. A manager checked on it for us and apologized but said that one of our entrees hadnât even been rung in. Instead of comping the bill we were given a bill for the drinks and appetizer, and the server did not apologize and only said (in passing, on her way to go to another table) âyou guys should come back when weâre not so busyâ. We both worked in the service industry and totally understand needing to go with the flow on a busy night, but to simply ignore us altogether for such a long amount of time is mind blowing. We were out on a rare occasion and this effectively ruined our date night.

We had a short amount of time before a show, to enjoy dinner. Everything was very nice. We are locals and will visit again.
Smoky as heck (gasp)! Way overpriced - shrimp ok - salad drenched - Great steak! Cool wine wall. Great staff! Was looking for exceptional if cost was equal to filling the tank of my American car twice.
We visited the restaurant for my birthday weekend celebration. The ambience was terrific the circus was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious.
Place was very clean and so were the restrooms. Everybody was very nice and polite. Service was fast and order was spot on. Food was excellent as were the drinks.
Great service from the wait staff! Host accomodated my request to be sat in the private dining area, which is greatly appreciated. Solid dining experience! The steaks were well-seasoned and cooked properly. Cocktails weren't very consistent and were just better than average. You should be able to get consistent results with an old-fashioned. Everything you'd expect.
