Best steak I’ve had in a restraunt amazing
Not this time. This was always a staple when staying at the Peppermill. Tonight was horrible. Drinks were bad. (I did not drink mine) and drinks arrived after appetizers. (15 minute After being seated) Salad arrived AFTER steak and potatoes. So do you eat cold entree or soggy salad! Very very disappointed this time. June, 2022
The food was great and the service was fast. I found this place using Google, just trying to find something delicious and good value. Highly recommend Ruby River
The wife n I hadta ck it out after hear'n bout the good reviews, it didn't disappoint Kensi was aw'sum n very attentive, calamari 2 start the meal n the N.Y. steak was jus right n the wife had the steak kabobs, great b-day din-din. We'll definitely b back again. ?
Talk about an AMAZING steakhouse. First of all, our server Sammy was the cutest thing ever! She took really good care of us and her recommendations for appetizers, wine, and our dinner was spot on! Our entire meal was cooked to perfection. You have to try the double fried baked potato. WOW!!!!THANKS FOR THE MOST ENJOYABLE EVENING ?
The food is amazing. I ordered the garlic peppered ribeye...ohhhh yumm.And the fried pickles, so good. Everyone in our group loved our food. Only complaint was our waiter. Not friendly, he had 1 word answers and looked like he didn't want 2 b there. It didn't take from our experience. Would go again

Best steak in the Reno area
Disregard all the bad reviews from fakes with only 1 review. My second time enjoying a Ruby River (there are only four). These guys are great. Not everyone can afford to spend twice/thrice as much at an upscale steakhouse, and this place gives regular folks an option to enjoy a special meal without it being some stale national chain. Steaks are delicious and correctly prepared. Plenty of nice sides choices, as well. Larger appetites might enjoy their great appetizers, but at my tender age I want to make sure I finish my entree here, and leave a possible option for dessert. Our waitress was pleasant, and it was darned busy on a Tuesday night after V-Day. Nice that it was right across the street from where we were staying. Libations could be enjoyed by us before and during the meal, so no need for a designated driver. And as far as dessert went? Nope. Totally full as expected...
