Last night I ordered a burrito and requested no sour cream or cheese.When I got home I found they had given me sour cream and no cheese. Do not like either one of those ingredients, so I drove back to get a refund today as it was a $10 burrito.The man, who appeared to be the manager was impolite. He looked at the time on the receipt and said he wasn't going to give me a refund because I bought it last night, which isn't the time he works.HE said he would have to ask the person who served it what happened. I told him that people make mistakes and I just wanted him to make it right.IF YOU GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK YOUR FOOD, before you drive off, TO MAKE SURE THEY GOT IT RIGHT BECAUSE THEY WON'T GIVE YOU A REFUND. OBVIOUSLY THEY NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG!
Very disappointed .. Super expensive and the quality of the food was bad. We ordered chips and salsa it was $7.00 dollars for it and it was not even salsa it was pico de gallo .. I ordered a Chile verde burrito and it was so bad that tasted like sea food
Food is cheap , made quickly, & if you order the right thing it's very delicious.Moreover : Do not ask for water . They will try and charge you 11$.I bought a California burrito 10$ add SC $2 =12$ then I asked for. A water thinking it was free and they tried charging my card 23$ then I toldThem there is only 13$ on that particular card . Why is it not working?Then she said it's 23$ I said take the water off ! Then my bill went down to 12$
Ordered 2 shredded chicken tacos and recieved this. The chicken is as hard as a rock and COMPLETELY void of moisture. I'm not even sure this is safe to consume. Avoid at all costs, there are better tacos right up the street.
I have loved Roberto’s for years. But this location served me a chimichanga with completely raw meat! Seriously raw. I really hope I don’t get sick because I was eating in the early morning dark and got almost half way before I noticed.
Really need to update the online menu.I ordered the Rolled Tacos De Carne Asada and they said, we don't have that. Showed them the picture from their own website and they said, Never seen it.Also, not just here but when prices go up, it is courteous to update the website to reflect the new prices.

The order was jacked up. It wasn't busy at all. Not a singe person in the dining room area and drive thru had a car. Asked for tacos with nothing on them, just basically tortilla and Carne Asada. Got them and they had a ton of guacamole and nothing else? Asked for chicken hard shell tacos, same thing. Got those and they had everything in them. The burrito was ok. The quesadilla was so hot when they put it in the Styrofoam container it melted the Styrofoam to the food. The rice was so-so. Had issues with the store in carson before ut thought I would give this one a try. Probably won't be back
Asked for bacon to be added to Nachos and Quesadilla (as I have been able to 15 times before). Was advised they can't do that and never have. Once I mentioned we have done this many times before, lady on mic told me "too bad". Advised we will not be back and was told "well f you then, no one cares".I know you can't expect much for customer service from a business like this, but the lack of professionalism was appalling. Will never ever spend a penny with them again.
This visit was a bit disappointing. I would recommend not ordering a quesadilla to go from here. When it got home to be eaten it was a greasy mess. I didn't finish it and what I did eat of it went straight through me. My wife on the other hand enjoyed her taquitos and taco and coke. Everything else I've ever eaten at this location was good and filling. They're open 24/7 so you can get your munchies fix anytime, day or night
