I was really excited to try this place after seeing all of the reviews. We ordered a twist custard with sprinkles and a vanilla custard with carmel sauce.The custard was slightly sweet but lacked any real flavor. It was hard to distinguish between the chocolate and vanilla. The caramel sauce was just generic corn syrup. The custard falls far short of many other places we've tried.I am tempted to come again and sample the ices.
Customer service team is great with providing ingredient information and alternatives for specific allergies. 10/10 would recommend.

This is best place on the planet and im so thankful to have one as least semi close to where I live. Plus the customer service and quality is always amazing. All I can say is...Thank God for frozen custard and cotton candy Italian ice!
This place is ridiculously overpriced. You literally can go anywhere else and get the same things for way way cheaper. A simple sugar cone with some vanilla frozen yogurt is $5! You can get a better one from McDonalds for $1. I am so surprised this place is still doing business and not out of it. Do me a favor and save your money-time-brain cells.

We love going to Rita's! Their Italian ice is delicious as well as their frozen custards! I love the way you can make your own mixes and create your own delicious dessert!
rita's ice is a great spot if you want a summer treat! they sell italian ice and gelato i believe. you can ask for free samples and they switch out a variety of flavors often. this spot is cute and quaint, but can get busy because of its small size.
