First off we have been here many times, being a restaurant owner I understand the labor market. But we were seated and waited over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. She took are drinks, and told are server Brian we were waiting. He walk by us 2 more times and never said a word. So after 25 minutes of nothing we walk out. Told the manager as we walk, he was like O sorry. Not much manager . training there.
Is there anything better than hot cheddar bay biscuits?! Haven’t been here for years, and it was even better than I remembered! We had an incredible meal here and outstanding service. Highly recommend the lobster mashed potatoes!
T-Mobile Tuesday had a coupon for 2 free appetizers so took the SO to try for the first timeFood/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - everything is really salty! Steak and Lobster Wednesday with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We asked for medium rare on the steak but it's closer to well done as it's a bit tough and we had difficulty cutting it with the plastic knife. Lobster was seasoned well but extremely salty. The mashed potatoes was very smooth and can't really go wrong with broccoli.White wine and roasted garlic mussels was also seasoned well but very salty as well. Some of the mussels weren't cleaned well and had "beards" on them still or were grainy insideHand-breaded calamari was deep fried nicely and the peppers are actually really good contrast to give a sharpness/freshness so it doesn't get too queasyAmbience: N/A - got the food to go. There's a little tank with lobsters inside by the doorService: 3/5 - we got there about an hour before closing to pick up our food. The hostess seems ready to leave and was very short with usValue for price: 5/5 - reasonable price for the entree but the appetizers at $12 each is a bit on the pricier side.
Employees are courteous specially our waiter Blake. Blake is professional, attentive but not overbearing.

I was promptly greeting and was asked to take any seat in the bar to place my to-go-order. The bartender quickly came over, offered some recommendations and took my order. I was not paying attention to the time but it could not have been more than ten minutes when I received my order. I have never ordered to-go from Red Lobster before so I did not know what to expect when I got home. The order was correct, the food was warm and nicely displayed in each container. It was easy to serve on a plate or you could use the sturdy container it came in. I ordered two desserts to share and they were incredible; lemon cake and chocolate wave.
Wednesday night steak and lobster special is the best deal in town for $21.99.
We all enjoyed the dim lit environment. Food was amazing. Baked potato sooo soft. Waitress was considerate. Welcome environment made you want relax & stay awhile. Thank you! We shall return!
Food was good. Service was poor. Nobody was at the door waiting to greet and seat us. Waited 15 minutes until the young girl came back to her spot. It was NOT busy at 8pm when we got there. They didn't have any salads by 8pm either. I wouldn't recommend if you like having great service
My extended family and I went there for dinner. And, even though I have never been a big fan of Red Lobster...this particular one was EXCELLENT! The staff were super helpful and professional. The establishment was nice and clean, the service was ?I would definitely recommend this location!!
