This restaurant is a hidden gem inside the Atlantis hotel and casino. Service is excellent! The ambience is great! The prices are excellent as well. We live in Reno and we are always looking for great places to eat.
I came in yesterday for my favorite dish the Mongolian beef. I was kindly greeted by the Nataly. she showed me to a table, introduced the server phoi, and gave me some recommendations. overall the service was amazing and made the visit very pleasant and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
I had just drove from Sacramento last weekend and wanted to check out this restaurant before I left, just wanted to take a take out and I was greeted by a beautiful host named Nataly, she was very attentive and helped me choose my order which was the chicken chow main with pot stickers, she packaged everything well and made sure I had utensils and sauce. Hope this place does well.
It was my first time dining in at Red Bloom and I had a great experience. I went with my boyfriend and we were greeted and seated right away. Our server was Phoi and she was very friendly and nice. They have a huge selection to choose from on their menu; we ordered the peking duck and walnut shrimp and it was delicious! I would absolutely recommend this place, not only for the amazing food, but service as well! Will be coming back for sure!
We ate here recently for afternoon lunch. Our experience was so wonderful we came back the very next day. Phoi, our server both days, was attentive, kind and knowledgable- she made this dining experience very special for us. We ordered the Pho, Mongolian Beef (the chef's special) and some Siu Mai to start. Nothing hits the recovery button for a hangover quite like piping hot pho broth! I had an uplifting lychee cocktail, garnished with a whole lychee, and my partner had a TsingTao. The next day we ordered a few types of bao, softshell crab and cucumber salad and a Pattaya cocktail with a spicy kick. We clearly could not get enough of the dim sum or the well rounded menu. Thanks to Phoi and the rest of the staff for such great meals and service!
Well another bad day at the Atlantis. I would normally rate this place above 4 Stars. But this one is on the Staff knowledge and information they received. There is a major difference between beef short ribs and pork short ribs. She advised me I would get a bigger portion if I got the plate than the bowl. Yes more bones and chewy fat. Yes it cost more. And yes my bad for not checking my to go order. Sorry A..
Great selection of Pan-Asian delicacies. Always start with one of the special appetizers end meal with candied ginger ice cream and Lichee mousse dessert.
My girlfriend and I are locals and wanted to have a night out. We frequently spend time at the Atlantis but have never eaten at Red Bloom. The food is amazing!! And our waitress Phoi was the best part. My girlfriend and I both work in the service industry and Phoi's attention to detail and work ethic is outstanding. She was very busy with her section and still treated us like royalty. Sold me immediately on the specials and took care of everyone with amazing hospitality. 10/10 would recommend the restaurant and make sure to ask to sit in Phoi's section!
We decided on Red Bloom for our small family dinner. Party of 7. We were immediately greeted and sat within minutes which was great. A lot of choices and wonderful chefs specials. We went with a couple of specials that were recommended by our server Luisa . Fried Tilapia and sweet and sour chicken. Which were great choices great flavor. I highly suggest tempura prawns and pot stickers to start. Overall very great dinner and definitely can’t wait to come back with my family. Thank you Again Luisa and Team!
