This was my first visit to Cane's on S Virginia in Reno, after wanting to try them for a year. They are obviously popular with a long drive through line. We went inside, got a fairly clean table, many hadn't been wiped since last used, and got in line to order. The staff didn't wear even a logo tee shirt and mostly looked marginal. We both ordered the chicken sandwich which turned out to be just three of their chicken fingers laid side by side on a bun. The chicken was tender, but had a few bits of gristle. We often go to the local Chick fil A, which is a better choice.

Never been to a "Raising Cane's", and have no desire to ever try again. Long lines, poor service, mediocre food, bad experience all around. I have major food allergies and need to know what I'm eating. So I asked what was in their special sauce, they had to get a manager and then he wanted me to tell him my allergies (I explained that I have no desire to discuss my medical issues with him I just need to know what's in the sauce). I asked to see the ingredients and he said there is no list and he finally listed a few vague ingredients. It was late and there weren't many options so I just decided to eat the chicken plain. It was mediocre at best, the rest of my family ate the chicken with the sauce and they weren't impressed either.

I got short changed from the drive thru. My total was $10.62 and I paid with a $20 bill. The young woman takes my cash and closes the drive thru window and doesn’t return for about 4 minutes. She gives me my order and gives me $4 in cash and some change. I knew this was wrong so I ask her for the receipt. She says that she doesn’t have my receipt. I say okay and was about to drive off, but knew that I was being cheated out of my own money. So I decided to park and go inside to ask about the situation. I told the front desk worker I didn’t get my proper change back, and sure enough they pull my receipt out no problem at all. I never have problems at this Cane’s restaurant, but this lady trying to steal $5 from my cash is NOT acceptable. They didn’t apologize, didn’t offer anything else to fix the inconvenience. I am extremely upset over this. Her name was Jessica according to the receipt, but it seemed like all the staff there this time was extremely young and were just messing around. The food was extremely undercooked as well. My fries are rock hard and white like they’re still frozen. I unfortunately won’t be returning to this location because of this visit.

Not sure what the long lines are for here. For the price, I would expect a bit more. Without the sauces the chicken is ok, some days great, other days just average. I do like the crinkle cut fries, and there's a huge slice of Texas toast if you're into that extra bread/carbs, the slaw is pretty decent. Don't get me wrong, it's a pretty good chicken finger, but I've eaten a ton of chicken all over the country. Great place for a quick bite of quality fast food, just feel the flavor of the chicken has room for improvement.

I'm an east coaster and I've been a Chick-fil-A fan for years. Raising Cane's is different. Not better, not worse, just different - but a solid choice. I also love that you can get cole slaw, which Chick-fil-A no longer carries.

Nice, courteous, friendly counter personnel with quick & timely service of ordered food

Super amazing hands down best chicken strips on this planet!!!!Everything was perfect toast, fries, dipping sauce, chicken was crispy, juicy, tender etc.So good! Their ice tea is the best I've ever had as well (unsweetened)Long wait but what do you expect for a new never heard of spot coming to mid west coast from the southern style area cooking!Absolutely ? perfect!North- mid central California has a few locations now roseville ca and citrus heights ca Davis caStockton caAnd much more below Stockton down to Los Angeles......

The lines here never end! But the team really works hard and moves it pretty fast. The line starts by Qdoba and generally I wait 30ish minutes. I figure they're less than 3 minutes per car. They also are pretty polite. I'm also a fan of how well everything is cooked and canes sauce?

I haven't had raising canes in years. We came to reno to visit someone and stopped here for supper. It was so good! You can't go wrong tho when all you make is chicken.

Great food! Eat there a couple of times a month. Would probably eat there more often if we lived in town. Would recommend!
