To whom it may concern: I was a regular at this Port A Subs and I no longer go here. Over the last couple weeks, my boyfriend and I have ordered through the drive through twice and did one online order and the topping were mixed up or left off each time. If it was one time, I understand that. Some days are off. But after the third time I felt it was important to let someone know. Please do something about this. Thank you.
I paid for four 4 sandwiches and when I got home I opened them to find a bunch of smashed bread all of the requested toppings missing and half of the ingredients that are supposed to come on the orders. This is a fast food chain y'all literally survive off of consistency. But I sure as hell won't be coming to this location again.And before some bot replies to this with a please email us at whatever. I already did and the 10$ to fix my large order is kinda insulting and ill just go to the subway from now on.
This place is awesome! I needed a great spot that everyone liked for a work lunch meeting. The team at this Port of Subs took my call, accommodated our tax-exempt status, and the sandwiches were exactly what we ordered, which seems like a rarity these days. The staff even helped me out to my car with my pick-up. Thank you for being so on top of it!
My daughter wanted Port of Subs after her graduation, the girl at the counter extremely rude, told us our order was difficult and was visibly bothered by us even being there. If she is unhappy with where she works, she should go work somewhere she doesn't have to deal with the public. I will NOT be going to this location again. Clear Acre and McCarran.

Took them awhile to make it, sort of generic taste as far as sub sandwiches go, and the foot long sub with a regular cake and a small bag of chips cost over 20 buck. It was a 12 dollar sub meal at best. Won't be going back just based on the price.
Wife and I ordered 2 grilled sandwiches. Dasher delivered, sandwiches were not grilled and were cold. 1 sandwich was zesty Buffalo chicken. Called store for refund or credit. Store was absolutely no help. Now doordash is helping us. Port of subs does not care about there customers. Sad

I've been buying hot pastrami sandwiches from Port of subs for years but the last few times I bought them I found them with a lot of fat and gristle. . I may have to find another sandwich place.
Do not get the sourdough bread! It's dryer then toast! When I said something about it the big boss and the kid just shrugged it off! The lady at the register was super nice. The man slicing was rude to employee and guests.
