I hade the combo calazone and it was just what I wanted perfect blend of peppers and onions and cheese and sauce,I would absolutely come here again and the severice was good.the only thing that was bad that it was a little dirty but they could of hade a lunch rush and just didn't get to it
The pizza was great as usual, but what the hell happened to the hot wings!? They used to be fantastic, but now they taste like they were rolled in some sort of butter-flavored shortening. Gross.Also, we purchased basically the same order we always get and it was over twenty dollars more expensive...it's been a while...but geez.
No Customer service skills from any of the employees. They all acted mute, unless speaking to each other. The pizza was so over loaded with toppings, you have to eat with a fork. I really enjoyed every pizza factory I've ever been in, but this one needs a new Manger that knows how to train in cleanliness, Customer service and most importantly how to correctly prepare a pizza!!!
Horrible customer service!! Kyle is a manger, not only is he rude but childish!! Especially with us ordering a lot. When you don’t make something right we will call you out on it just like anyone else will. And then banned us from ordering again because we called you out on your mistake is childish! Blames it on the owner yet the people that work there are just too lazy!Take your business to a different pizza factory you’ll be glad you did!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
Great pizza and wonderful staff. My son loves going there to play the games and eat pizza, but i wish they would fix the games that break.
I wanted to try Pizza Factory as we had heard good things. We ordered for pickup a combo and asked for no mushrooms. I swear they put extra mushrooms on it just for the hell of it. I double checked the receipt (online and the physical) and it did say no mushrooms. The rest of the pizza was okay but I wouldn't recommend this place to someone. When I went to pick it up no one said hello all of the staff just stared at me for about a minute not saying anything until someone came out of the back and acknowledged me. Very awkward.
Incapable of just getting an entire order right. Dont you look at the check to make sure everything listed is ready for the customer. I live 20 minutes away and cant even go back . I don’t need 10 containers of ranch, one busted everywhere in the bag, I need what I requested. Thank you for screwing up my dinner and you will never receive a tip from me again. As incapable as your employees are to get an order right will be as incapable as I will be to tip them.
Do NOt order pizza from Pizza Factory on Red Rock. Waited 90 minutes for $40 worth of cold pizza. Called , spoke with a millennial who was extremely rude and sarcastic. He actually hung up on me! Good thing we knows the owner! The other half of the pizza is warming in the oven!
Pretty dang good Piccza! Drink it with an ice cold Drink and enjoy!
I called in an order, which took awhile to find when I arrived, only to find out upon arrival that the meatballs for the meatball sandwich that was ordered were out of stock. A substitute was made after picking it but I then had to wait for it. The food was so so and the service was slim, not a good first impresion.
