Pleasantly surprised here. We were passing through Reno on a Thursday afternoon, needed a quick bite to eat before the final leg to Tahoe. Wife picked it, I was unsure... I was wrong.Staff are super friendly, but more importantly themselves. Smiles, jokes, conversational... You can't train the character and nice energy here. The place is filled with quirky, funny trinkets\porsters\pictures. Hopefully in your visit the bald guy with an amazing beard is there... He'll make you laugh. :)Food, not Michelin star rated, but damn good. Portions are my size (large), so better be hungry, or just plan for taking some home.I hope to come back during their busy time to see what this massive place gets up to.Highly recommended!
I do not recall our server's name but she was awesome.There were 13 of us and we all had a good time. Three had steaks that was delicious, 2 had prime ribs, 2 pizzas and 3 pastas. The desert was good too.We stumble on this place a couple of years back.We'll be back. Will take pictures next time.
Comfortable and unique layout. Not easy to escape. Lots of rodeo memorabilia. Food is good, but the rolls fir the sandwiches was too hard to bite into. I can't think of the name of the type of bread...it's supposed to be that way...just not for me. Staff is friendly...definitely recommend.
Good food but their small overpriced entree portions knock it down a star. The service was fine but not outstanding. This place is basically Chili's with moderately better food. I'm taking another star for charging $3.50 for a glass of soda water dispensed from the beverage gun behind the bar. That's just gouging. FYI to the person who answered my question about why I was charged for carbonated water. It does NOT come from a box as if it were a soda mix. It is essentially tap water infused with CO2. It's sad that they've substantially decreased portions while increasing prices. It's a nice place to visit, but a casual dining place shouldn't charge borderline fine dining prices
Yum! The food was great and the prices are excellent! Lunch for two for just over $30. Our server was awesome as well. The restaurant itself is just fun to look around in. The booths feel cozy and private with lots on the walls and ceiling to check out. I had the chicken veggie special and my luv had the San Francisco burger. They were both great! Oh, and the bathrooms are huge and spotless with HOT ? water to wash your hands with sanitizer and lotion. Its in the details and they nailed it. Thanks Pinochio's!!

Service was great. Friendly and eclectic atmosphere!Food was about 3 stars. Not satisfying and flavors were not paired well. Not worth money.
The only reason I didn't rate it lower is it was a first time visit, for now I will give them the benefit of doubt that it was just a bad night for the kitchen. Italian food is right in my wheel house. If I am paying for someone else to cook, and service my dinning event. Give me Italian all day, and twice on Sunday (almost literally)! I ordered the meat lasagna from the extensive menu choices (if you have read other Italian ratings by me, you will not be surprised). I found the presentation bland (the tomato sauce looked brown in the low light). The meats included in the dish seemed over cooked and flavorless. The previously mentioned sauce, did not overcome the initial appearance evaluation. Ricotta cheese, inconspicuous! Seasoning, a dusting of oregano on top promised it's presence, yet only the grease of the mozzarella flavored the plate.As part of a party of 4, none of my mates plates screamed, "you ordered the wrong entree".To the plus side, our service was prompt and effective. The ambiance pedestrian. Cleanliness seemed acceptable. A return trip as follow up will either confirm or cancel out this rating.
A warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly and hard working staff, and great food goes well with a night of celebration or a meal out. I love the house salad and lemon parmesan crusted chicken. Delish!! Honestly, great food, laughter, and joy fills this space.
