The stay was great until I checked out and realized an hour later that I had left my earrings on the night stand next to the bed. I immediately called security to retrieve them and they sent a housekeeper in the room and my earrings have not been seen since. I was told by multiple members of security that they would call me to update me, yet here it is midnight and I just had to call back to talk to the 2nd shift assistant manager to get a response. He said they “interviewed” the employee who went in the room but I honestly find this hard to believe since this happened early in the morning and it’s midnight. Very poor customer service and follow through.
Amazing place to eat and have fun I totally recommended ❤️?
This hotel overall is one of the best hotels I have stayed in is very well-kept up to maintenance there is food places in here that are very good especially chi every time someone ask me about Reno I prefer or refer that they should stay there of have been here 4x I love coming here I stayed on the Tuscani side With the hot tub in the room favorite part
We stayed at their newly remodeled rooms and it was very nice. Its our 3rd time there and it have been a very nice experienced. Whenever I am at the pool, the feeling is a small version of LV. Very clean Resort and when you are inside, doesn't feel as you are in Reno except when you step out of the resort. The restaurants can still pass as a 4 considering its in the hotel. Prices are what it is today.I would recommend it.
Everything is clean, fresh, and new. Great choices for restaurants. Room prices are very fair. My only complaint was that in my spa suite, the hot and cold water is switched in the bathroom sink. Usually hot on the left and cold on the right, this one is backwards!Awesome jacuzzi tub in the room! Great anniversary trip!! Would recommend.
Maybe I live a dull life, but this was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was huge but the nicer surprise is how big the bathroom was and it had a whirlpool bathtub! The beds were super comfy and I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms. The casino area was nice and clean as well. I would definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.
Stayed two night in June, 2022 in the Peppermill Tower. They warned us upon check-in that there was construction going on in that tower, but we never heard any noise. There was a minor problem on the first day in that they had turned off the water as part of the construction. They told us it would be on by 3:00, but was not back until about 3:30 or so. For this minor inconvenience, they refunded the resort fee for both nights, so we were not upset in the slightest. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, the property was clean throughout, the employees were friendly and helpful, the pool was great, they food options were varied and good, parking was free, and the parking garage was easy to get in and out of. Overall, we loved the Peppermill and would happily stay there again the next time we can make it back to Reno.
I had a great time here with friends and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The bar tenders Jose and Conrado were awesome to talk. It’s rare you have bar staff in Casinos who treat you with respect and don’t see you as another pay out. I would definitely stay here again. -Steven
Absolutely beautiful hotel room! I was here for a 3 day conference on the property. The room, especially the bathroom, was the best part. The conference center needed a little TLC with a lot of burnt out lights and missing ceiling tiles. Maybe COVID had something to do with that. The casino smelled of smoke but I don’t gamble so I didn’t really go there. The restaurants, pool and fitness center were awesome! Unfortunately the area outside the resort was kind of dumpy and sketchy but if you stay in the resort, you’ll be safe.
The Peppermill in Reno does everything right. Every other resort in Nevada (especially in Las Vegas) should study them and follow their example. Here's a quick list of why I say that: 1. Check in was quick, easy, and there was no extra charge for checking in early(@1pm) 2. The spa suite room we booked was immaculately clean and well stocked with soaps, extra towels, sewing kit, and 2 bottles of water. The jetted tub and steam shower both worked well and we're a pleasure to use. The bed was comfortable and large although ridiculously tall. We're short people, we had to climb into it :D 3. There is a good selection of restaurants at various price ranges and all of the food we had was delicious. Even without reservations, the table wait was not long. 4. The casino is enormous and well stocked with a good mix of old and new slots. There are a good selection of table games although I wish the minimums were a little lower. The drink service in the casino was excellent. Also of note, is that the players club desk was always open and had helpful employees. If you have been to a Caesars property lately you know this is a rare occurrence. 5. The pool area is very nice, easy to get a chair, and had great drink service. There is a convenient spot to grab quick food as well. 6. Parking in the garage is an absolute pleasure. Parking is free, the garage is easy to navigate, easy to get in and out of, very clean, and there's plenty of spaces. This is a major point to me since I always rent a car and have been in many, many, casino parking garages. Summed up: great service, clean, reasonably priced, and very fun. I wish there were more direct flights to Reno because I'd start skipping my Vegas trips for the Peppermill if there were.
