If you've got a working oven at home then this place is always worth it. They hook it up with some fairly large and utterly delicious pizzas. And I usually don't admit this, but I buy the cookie dough just to eat it raw, don't try this at home kids.

One time the music that was playing was a song rapping about cunnilingis, etc. There were two elderly ladies in the store at the time as well.Another time one of the young gentlemen in the back was doing push-ups on the dirty floor to show off to his co-workers I assume.Another time they made our pizza wrong and forgot some toppings and when I came back to get the pizza we paid for the customer service I received from the supervisor was less than desirable as I could tell they didnt want to make it right and I had to push for them to do it. We actually left a review for that time and talked to the owner who was very apologetic but...This time I came in after my mom ordered over the phone and they charged us for larges even though we ordered mediums and when I asked about it the supervisor said "Don't worry I already talked to your mom on the phone and have the 4 dollar off coupon to make the difference." And the coupon had nothing to do with them charging us for larges. It was just a coupon she gave them a code for.That supervisor (blondish dude) is super shady for sure. He's the same guy I dealt with before who didn't want to correct their mistake.
Always consistently good pizza from this location. Staff is helpful and friendly.
4 for 4 on them screwing up my pizzas. They don't give you what you order. I had the wrong pizzas 4 times in a row now. And also when you order a family size pizza its thin crust. They use dough from a medium and just make it fit the family size tray so dont ever expect regular crust. If you want papa murpheys goto another location. This one just can't get it right.
The two times we've been to this location they messed up our order. This time they overcharged us too. Their hours keep changing and even if you tip them they don't do a good job. We've happened to stop here because it was on our way somewhere, but it definitely isn't worth it. There are other locations in Reno/Sparks where they actually know how to do their jobs - go to those instead of here.
Only two staff members, one had been there awhile and one had just started. My order was ready when I showed up and they dealt with an item that was out of stock very quickly easily. Give them both a raise!
Love this pizza always great specials and delicious pizza if you haven’t tried it give it a shot! It might be your new go to meal when you are in a hurry!
We ordered 3 pizzas from this location and after we cooked them we realized that two of the pizzas did not have the Canadian bacon on them (which we had paid extra for). I called the store and explained the problem. They said to they had run out of the Canadian bacon and someone should have said something when we picked up the pizzas. She told me the only thing they could do was have us bring the cooked pizzas back and they would put another topping on them. They refused to give me credit for the toppings we did not get. Will never use this location again. Very disappointed
