This is not Panera quality food and it took 25 minutes to get it. Our $12 dollar sandwiches were 1\5 meat and 4/5 bread. Giving 2 stars because the sandwiches tasted good once we put all the meat on one half of the sandwich and the pasteies were delicious. But there's plenty of other restaurants around campus. No need to waste your money here.
I would definitely say it depends on the day here. Some days, the customer service is great, orders go out quick, it's clean, and the food is great. On other days, the staff stands there and talks instead of working so food takes forever to get out, it’s dirty around the soda machines and tables, and the food is not edible. Today I ordered a Caesar salad, and there was more mushy disgusting lettuce than good, edible lettuce. There is one specific “chef” in the back who is rude, he is always saying he can’t make certain things, and doesn’t care about his job. I ordered a yogurt parfait that comes with honey, fruit, and granola a few weeks ago. I ordered it three separate days, one day it was delicious and made by another lady in back, the next day it had no honey or fruit and was half way full, and the other day it had no honey or fruit and was a mess. Is it that hard to get such an easy order right with the correct ingredients?
Food here CAN be good, but it is inconsistent. Same sandwich 2 days apart uses different kind of steak in it. It almost feels like they acquire what they can (not sure whether financially-motivated) and do not care about consistency and quality. I have received uncooked chicken, inedible deli meat, rancid salad; but I also have received decent Panera quality food (more often). On average, this store rates 3, but when it is bad, it is easily 1 star.
Wow, the food is so inconsistent here. Ordered a salad today, the romaine is rancid, there is hardly any chicken, and there was water at the bottom of my salad bowl. The salad was so bad, I didn’t finish it, and bought something at Bytes that was edible. Not coming here again.
I waited over 30 minutes for a coffee. I literally have no idea why it took so long. Me and one other person were waiting while no orders were called out.
App says rapid pickup ready in 19 HOURS! They need some serious help.
This location is really bad. Food is fine but students have to wait over an hour to get their food when it’s not even that busy. I’m here at 11 am and multiple people have been waiting for at least 45+ minutes for a cup of soup and grilled cheese. Students have to cancel their orders to make it to class on time. There’s no reason these orders should take this long, seems like the staff is really disorganized.
Daughter waited almost 2 hours for a sandwich and finally had to cancel her order so she could get to class on time. Plus she paid for a soda and the machine is broken. The place can’t handle the university traffic for multiple reasons and it’s such a shame.
You pay for a membership to get free coffee but they don’t have any coffee for days now (only decaf). Waste of money. The hardest thing is finding a way to file a complaint.
I waited an hour and a half for a sandwich. This is not the fault of the kitchen staff but the management. Pay people more and maybe you'd get more people working there to help with the ridiculous traffic you capitalist freaks.
