I normally don’t give bad review so this is a 2 stars instead of a 1Reservation was at 8pm. We checked in at 7:55 and got seated by 8:02 so I was like oh great, on time!After that, 8:10, not one single person came to our table. I told my wife maybe the server wasn’t aware we are in his/her section.8:20, still no sign of anyone. It’s not that the workers didn’t see us. We’re right there. The table next to ours, the server was very attentive. So she must have seen us sitting there. Didn’t it occur that’s it’s weird it’s been a minute but no one has come to our table? The table came in after us got served water too. And we continued to sit like we’re not even there. We left after a few minutes.

Cozy booth atmosphere with fun decor and nice ambiance - excellent and sincerely personable service - a good variety of menu items to choose from at reasonable prices! From tasty shrimp appetizer, dragon roll, to Orange Chicken and Buddhas Feast stir fry - the food was flavorful and enough for us to share. One less star for food as the orange chicken was slightly over sauced making the tempura style coating and the dish a bit soggy. Plentiful not over cooked stir fry vegetables in Buddhas feast rounded out our meal. A little less sauce and a bit less salt would be appreciated. Otherwise a delightful experience.
Our go to place to get vegetarian lettuce wraps. Vegetarian spring rolls, lo mein was good and passion boba drink was good as well. Great service and a big restaurant at Reno.
I always eat the gluten-free free dishes cause my food intolerance and my last experience there, the food tasted really different than normal. Idk if there was a different cook or something; but it was strange cause their food is always bomb!!
Reservations required. Do not try to sit at the bar for dinner. A lot less attention, and takes away from the whole dining experience that you're paying for, and the bartender will be your server. Food was edible, but not exciting. Yummy tea. Staff is quick, managerial presence on the floor, making me more comfortable, and good music. We will come back, and try different things that we haven't had yet.
Super disappointed and wish I would have taken pictures but hopefully my description gives you an idea.Get here and the place is almost completely empty. Took half an hour for edamame. We we're here for 1 1/2 80% of the time waiting on the order.We ordered Mongolian beef,orange chickenand chicken fried rice. I've never had Mongolian beef the way THIS specific location made it. The entire entree if you can call it that was COVERED in green onion stems. Not chopped or diced literally the entire stem in huge pieces just thrown on top. There were 14 chopped up pieces of beef on the plate . Over cooked and dry. Usually the plate has more and the onions aren't large stems. There is also chilli's that were missing it had no flavor outside the onions.The fried rice was just chicken and bean sprouts. I had carrots on the side because my husband doesn't like them. Where were the peas?The orange chicken was good and that was the only thing.Waitress was nice but even when there were only 4 families inside we only got our water refilled 1x.
The waiter were very good. The concierge could have had a more welcoming smile, but the food was good.
Great service and ambiance for PF Changes. Crispy green beans were excellent! Our order of stir-fried eggplant was sent back as it was cold when delivered to our table. Also, we sent back the Stir-fried Buddha's feast as it vegetables were uncooked. Both dishes were redone and were good! Eggplant was excellent. This was on Easter Sunday and it was obvious that the kitchen staff were struggling! The restaurant manager did an excellent job of getting our dishes redone and deducted their cost from our final bill. We will try PF Chang's at a future date! These are stressful times for restaurants to hire and retain cook and service staff!
