Very good customer service as soon as we walked in. Food was delicious per usual at Olive Garden here, Tour of Italy. Our server (Elizabeth) was very friendly & polite. We will definitely come back. Chow ??
Good fast service. Efficient ordering and payment. Great prices for amount of calories. As far as the food it's exactly what you expect, standard American diet. Heavy high in fat and simple carbs but delicious, a good treat once in a while.
What a clean, big Olive Garden! The hostesses were super friendly upon entering the restaurant, and our server, Gabby was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely attentive to my special food requests, prompt, and was delightfully polite! My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves thanks to such a pleasant dining experience. Thank you!
Disappointed. Our server wasn't great, my food came out wrong and when I asked if they could fix it, especially at $22, I got a huff, and even the kitchen guys sucked you could tell they just cooked the crispy chicken and threw it on top of the tortellini. Sauce was bland.Sparks location is MUCH better.
Was amazing somehow I always get so full so fast tho! ?? Great place to stop friendly staff the bread sticks aren't ever fresh anymore tho I can admit the place has fallen off a little bit since 2018 I do miss the shrimp scampi it's not been the same in a few years. All in all tho it's was an amazing time would have no problem at all returning to this place :) thanks Olive Garden! :)
I wish you would bring back the lunch chicken piadina and the smoked cheese mushroom ravioli. These are my favorite.
The wife n I hada gift certificate to go, it's good 4 a Italian meal out, the service was okay (not great) but primarily cause they were very busy. All n all was a pleasant night out as we didn't havta cook or clean...lol. However there are much better Italian places out there maybe a'lil more pricey but legit Italian. Still a good go 2.
All in all, a decent location. The wait staff was extremely cheerful and humorous, even in the face of having to serve a sixteen person table. The food was well prepared and all of steaks that were ordered cooked differently came exactly the way we ordered them.
Only went here because we had a gift card. Okay for microwaved Italian food. Sat upstairs which was cool. Service was okay, felt like we were forgotten a few times during dinner.
It is surprising how good this restaurant is, I have been to others that are not this nice. The servers are very friendly, service efficient and food was really, surprisingly, good. The facility is very clean out front and bathrooms.
