This place has always had somewhat bad service but the good food made up for it until this last time. We ordered a pizza and some wings and got the text out food is ready at 7:02pm. So we hurry off to go get the food before it sits too long, we get their and my wife goes in to get the food and asks for our food. She was greeted with an attitude and told our pizza was done but they dont start the wings until you get there so we wait. Fast forward 30 mins we ask the host (Steve) or so he says his name is if our food was ready yet so he goes in the back to check and comes out a couple mins later and goes up to someone else and asks about their food and completely ignores us. So we wait another 5 mins and the cook (in the cookies hat) comes out and we ask him and he reeks of alcohol and is slurring his speech and told us our food will be out in 5 mins. So we wait and end up waiting another 10 mins and ask again and he’s says they are almost done. We waited there almost 50 mins for them to cook our wings mean while our pizza just sat there and got cold. The cook made a point of taking our food out of sight to “finish it”. We did not feel comfortable eating the food after that. Easily the Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I know times are tough with covid but we were never rude or impatient to them. Oh and one of the girls in the back prepping food kept eating the ingredients and not washing her hands after.

The worst slice of pizza I ever had. The crust was burnt on the sides, plus was so thin there was a small hole on the bottom. Very little cheese. I had to wait 20 mins for my slice. Another customer came in 10 or so mins after me and ordered a slice to go. Her slice was brought out the same time as mine. Only 2 other people in the restaurant besides me. I would give it zero stars, but had to enter one so I could post my review.

Ok…. So I ordered 1 pizza via door dash on a Monday night. I ordered at 6 pm. The door dash driver kept in contact with me the whole time as he kept being put off by the staff saying 10 more minutes…. 10 more minutes….. I called the restaurant myself and was told by a lady that my order was picked up 20 minutes ago…. Huh?…. My door dash guy is still sitting there waiting…. In contact with me via text the whole time. Then she tells me oops it’s coming out of the oven now and will be on its way. I live about 5 minutes from the place. My driver showed up promptly after that and the pizza tasted like it had been sitting for a while ( not hot at all ).The door dash driver was frustrated too for wasting his time ( he waited over 30 minutes) he went back to the restaurant and had the manager (Dan ) call me. Dan made a bunch of excuses and offered to send me out a fresh pie but by this time it had been over an hour and a half since I had ordered and I really didn’t want another pizza by then. How disappointing. I had ordered one other time from them and thought it was a good pizza. $40.00 …. That works out to $5.00 a slice for cold chewy pizza. Not door dashes fault at all.I understand that there are staffing issues these days but don’t take on the business if you can’t deliver a somewhat decent product.

We loved the wings so my son ordered more and the bartender/waitress reminded us that gratuity was accepted after my daughter had already tipped her when we first ordered an extra large specialty pizza that was almost $40 a pound of wings and four drinks, she never told us that the cups were by the drinking fountain so I had to ask and she seemed bothered ? I had told her it was our first time there meaning the summit location downtown was much better experience. So we ate my son was full so he asked the bartender/waitress if we can get the order to go she said she’ll see what she can do or just bring a box so we can box it up ourselves ?so rude, then she came back even more rude and said “we can box it up for an extra $3 gratuity fee !!???? Ummmm at this point we almost spend $100 and gave her a tip twice worst attitude we’ve experienced, we said we’ll box it up our selves she was very upset my son asked her excuse me why are you being so rude she said” BECAUSE YOU’VE ORDERED TOO MUCH FOOD AND HAVEN’T TIPPED!!??????? WOW! We were so shocked!!! We tip you we said??? Not the first time she said??? Ummm yes we did so she told my son to get out of her face??? Little after that the cook came out with our wings boxed up and asked us to never come back!! Owners I know it’s hard to find help I saw that you guys are hiring but this is horrible service!!!!! Never again going to Noble Pie and according to your reviews My family and I aren’t the only ones????????????????????

Well, the place is just astonished. It was clean and beautiful. However, my children and I were waiting for about 10 minutes or more to order but nobody was there to ask us or offer some kind of help.

We have been here a few times and it’s been great. Nice to have one place that can cater to a whole food plant based diet for those in the family with kidney disease and the other with celiac disease. Both are very crucial to not having cross contamination and for the celiac its known immediately if there is and we haven’t had an issues.

me and my mom came here and got the frachos, they were good my only recommendation would be a little more sauce but I’m a big sauce lover ?. I’d come back again ?

I've been to the Midtown and Summit locations around 25 times. I keep going back because it's the best pizza and wings in town. But, you have to know it's also the worst customer service in town. Such a shame, as we now avoid it because we don't want to go through the hassle of getting someone's attention and waiting around forever. I get the feeling they'd prefer it if people stopped coming in. 5 star food with 1 star service.

Did a delivery for this location. They had me drive 22 miles, I got everything requested and made it 20 minutes early to the place to deliver them supplies because they cannot properly maintain them. I get there and have a good interaction but yet though removed the tip and I lost money in gas making the delivery for these guys.HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPPORTING PEOPLE WHO LIE TO DELIVERY DRIVERS WITH TIPS THEM TAKE THEM AWAY. SHAME ON YOU!
