It was amazing food ..definitely will be back for more

First of all, I am not an internet Karen trying to troll and complain. I want midtown Reno businesses that are independently run (non-chain) to thrive and really put this area on the map. However, the midtown location of this restaurant is terribly run. Although it was a Saturday night (ordered around 5 pm), it was not that busy and there were several empty tables when we left (around 6:30 pm). It took us almost 90 minutes to get a carryout pizza (you heard me, a pizza!--there is no mystery to this--it is dough, sauce, and toppings then put it in the oven. It is not a five course meal that takes time to prepare with good presentation and wine pairings, it is a frigging pizza that should be fast and easy). While we waited (what we thought would have been a 20-30 minute wait tops), we sat at the edge of the bar/ordering counter and had a full view of the kitchen. What I witnessed (and filmed on my phone) were about 3-5 people standing around with 10+ order tickets lined up at any time, dancing/laughing in the kitchen, and basically not working or making pizzas. (Also only ONE person was wearing gloves, so I question the cleanliness of the kitchen and hygiene of the staff.) There didn't appear to be any manager making the kitchen staff work and it was general chaos. No wonder it takes almost an hour and a half to make a simple pizza. One bartender was basically aloof and didn't want to deal with it and kept telling us "it'll be another 10 minutes". The other one was better and did give us the pizza for half price because it took so long. Other people that were waiting also went up and complained about the wait as well so it wasn't just our party that had the long wait. The pizza was okay but overpriced when you factor in the aggravation of the wait and kitchen chaos. I understand that getting decent, hardworking employees could be a problem now but this place needs to have a manager keeping things moving along. When I ran a small business and couldn't find good help, I often had to step in and put in a day's work to do a good job and keep a good reputation for my clients. I probably won't give this business a second chance and I feel like my 2 star review is being generous.

They get 4 because it’s a hit or miss. When it tastes good it is AMAZING, but sometimes there are the days where they aren’t making anything right. I recommend the one in the summit instead of you want guaranteed yummy food! Overall I’d say try it it’s good usually but everyone has off days so how can we not expect that from a restaurant too! I will say the staff is much nicer here than summit!

Went here for a chill night to eat wings, pizza and beer with some friends on a patio. Pretty simple concept in my opinion. This place however, struggles to execute that. We ordered wings/fries and 2 large pizzas at 8:25pm, the wings came within 15 minutes and were amazing. However, 9:35pm rolled around on a not overly packed night and our pizzas still hadn't arrived 55minutes after we got our wings. Not a huge deal, i went in and asked for an update, the gentleman inside told me a few minutes and its coming. Which it did... Upon the pizza arriving, the young girl who decided to carry 2 GIANT pizzas in one trip by herself, dropped the pizzas on the ground right at our feet. We stood up shocked, letting out a "woah" and a "oh my gosh" as a reaction to the pizzas being dropped, but immediately grabbed paper towels from the table and started picking it up ourselves. The server girl however ran away and began sobbing. Half our party cleaned as much as we could off the ground ourselves, while a couple others went to check on the server who was upset to tell her that it was okay! This woman with the server proceeded to embarrass our friends by saying we should be embarrassed for laughing at her- which we didn't laugh at her but the server was telling other people we did- unprofessional. After we walked away embarrassed nothing else was said to us after that. Zero communication. Not an apology for dropping our pizzas on the ground after we waited an hour- even though we know it was an accident an acknowledgment that they were sorry would have been nice. No one even communicated that they were making new ones, we sat there for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to at least come back and finish cleaning up the rest of the cheese and meat on the ground when we cleaned up most of it without help from the workers. After waiting we decided we didn't want to wait for what could possibly have been another hour for our pizzas. We went inside and requested a refund and the server can storming out from the back to say she would take it out of her tips because it was her fault. My friend then proceeded to tell her it wasn't a big deal we just wanted to go somewhere else. She didn't look at us or even apologize. We got our refund but still left with a bad taste in our mouths. We all work in the service industry and understand being understaffed and having bad nights. We also know accidents happen and we were not even mad she dropped the pizzas just sad our food we waited an hour for ended up on the ground. The customer service aspect was not there. Instead of helping clean it up, apologizing, getting us new pizzas, and possibly offering free drinks or something to compensate for our wait time, they did nothing. The server told other guests we laughed at her and didn't do anything to fix the situation. We would love to support local businesses because we know how hard the past couple years have been, but after the way we were treated we will not be returning.

I love the environment and the bartender had great customer service skills! I even got a chance to try a new tequila I’ve never tried before! This was my first time there! Great pizza too!!!

Absolutely disgusting, young punk kids rude, dancing around singing, cussing, soda machine absolutely filthy, a waiter actually took a dog bowl it pressed up against the soda gun to fill bowl, the dirty bowl that on floor, I have worked in restaurants for over 25 years. I was itching and coughing the whole time in the restaurant the dark atmosphere hides the dirtWe went there for the best pizza, that remains to be said. These young people are having a playdate nothing professional about them, there to hang out there gay friends, while along not wanting to take our order. Pizza was over priced and great, disappointing. Still looking for a good pizza place here in Reno?

If you order take it check your food before you leave. For $51 a cold, burnt pizza is unacceptable. The wings where great. But man, way to ruin a large pizza.

Hip and trendy spot with great selection of beers and craft cocktails, and fantastic pizzas. Sit at the bar or enjoy the picnic tables on the covered patio. There's no physical menu, so either pull up their website or scan the QR code on display for the link.
