Incredible flavors, fresh ingredients & amazing service!
The sashimi was the best thing about the place. We were only one of three tables and it still seemed it was too much for the one-person wait staff. The ramen was meh. The California roll was nothing special. The miso soup was warm-ish. The background music was too loud. Overall, not even in the top ten of our sushi places in Reno. Will likely not be back.

Best Japanese food in town. The server and chef are so nice and welcoming. I've been trying to find a good Japanese place scenes i moved to Reno and this place hits. I highly recommend. Enjoy !!! ?
So excited this place is in Reno. Literally one of the best bowls of Tonkotsu ramen I’ve had (from Chicago to the Bay Area). The hand rolls and sushi are fresh super tasty as well.The staff is super nice and attentive. They let us squeeze in a quick dinner despite have a full reservations list.
Absolutely gorgeous presentation and phenomenal flavors. After living in Tokyo for 8 years, this was a very rare gem in the middle of Reno. I ordered tonkatsu ramen with added spice(not on menu) but fantastic. Such sophisticated ambience and the eel bowl was the best I had since being back in the US. Will be coming back til we move… This is not a cheap sushi place so if you are looking for all you can eat don’t visit. This is upscale traditional restaurant that one would expect from a nice night in Tokyo. Worth the extra money.

? It was a food adventure like no other (for Reno that is)! From the perfectly executed gyoza to the ceviche, to the sashimi and lobster roll, and even toro (market price)...this is a foodgasm for your mouth like no other...Note: NOT AYCE, so don't say I didn't warn ya. This will be a spendy food journey but so worth it...
The fish was really fresh. It's nice to have a local place on this side of town. The manager was great at giving his recommendations. We will be back for sure
I've been living in Reno since 2012 and I've visited almost every sushi place and this is THE BEST!!!!!!! We ordered a couple of nigiri and rolls and also ramen for my kids. All of them were a great choice. The quality of the sushi here was fantastic. The fish was fresh, source makes good harmony with food, and very friendly chef and server. By looking at this picture of food makes me hungry and I'd like to visit again. Thanks for your amazing food!!!
