Customer service is horrible. I walked in there were no other customers. I ordered shaved ice. Then after I ordered, 4 different groups came in and we're served before me. One of them even had 2 shaved ice orders with their order.I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here for shaved ice. I came once before this and the machine was broken, so this time I tried to call ahead and no one answers the phone. I'm glad it was up and running this time because I would have been upset if I made the drive unnecessarily.
today was our 1st time eating here, will definitely be returning! The food is Wonderful! We will eating here all the time. Can't wait to eat from your Food Trucks @ Food Truck Fridays. Love Love Love this food!
Easily the best Hawaiian BBQ in Reno! The food is incredible and the staff is super friendly. I've eaten here multiple times and they have consistently exceeded my expectations.
If you are hungry and dying for da Hawaiian food dont come here! This food was a disgrace to Hawaiian food! Theres hardly any food in the plate and my bbq chicken was sour along with teriyaki beef which was also sour. The Mac salad was horrible also with a sour taste. My kalua pig had no taste. Me and my wife had a plate and both were horrible. Never again! L&l is overrated but would have rather go there cuz at least the food taste good and not sour!!! Negative stars! But had to put one to be able to write a review. Please look into hawaiian style cooking before opening a shop like this. Nothing was close to it!
Food is delicious and service was great! Young lady by the name of Marie was super friendly and patient towards my husband and I. We had been excited to try this place and the food was better than I expected. We will definitely be going back!
Clean and spacious, authentic decorations, friendly staff and shrimp and rice was yummy! Reminded me of Honolulu.
Great barbecue chicken with rice and macaroni. The real Hawaiian barbecue chicken, the macaroni had a great taste to it, must try if you're in the area! I'll be going back soon. Pineapple upside down cake was great also!

I ordered from doordash having never been in your restaurant. I received my order (Dakine Saimin) and NOWHERE in your description on doordash does it say anything about Shrimp. I wouldn’t care if I wasn’t already eating it when my throat started getting tight. I’m allergic to shellfish. You need to make sure your descriptions are accurate. Luckily I had an epi pen. Mistakes like that could be fatal.
