We were looking for a place with pizza that wasn't one of the regular chain pizza places and opted for the Manhattan Deli. Very good pizza on a thin crust and not overloaded. Service was great.
The food at the Manhattan deli was excellent my server Crystal was so nice and professional checking on us and made sure our drink were refilled and had everything we needed we will definitely be back!! Thank you Crystal !!
I have eaten here many times and twice the fish and chips were the best in Reno. The other 4 times I had them here they were bad: over cooked in dirty oil that needed changing. For $21, you would think they could make consistent fish and chips, but I guess not. The Reuben is pretty greasy and should be avoided. The calamari is ok, but the portion size has really shrunk over the last few years. This place really needs a professional manager, in the front and the back of the restaurant. Atlantis is just not what it used to be.
If you are looking for a Jewish Deli, this isn't it.I ordered a knish, didn't seem to have any dough around the potato filling.Still not sure what the dipping sauce is, sort of tasted like BBQ sauce.I also ordered a hot pastrami on rye bread.The pastrami was good, but the bread fell apart as soon as I picked the sandwich up.The service was lacking all the way around.I had to ask 3 different people for a container to take the coleslaw home in.I finally had to get up and go to the counter to get a container.Never could get a refill on my water.A very disappointing experience all around.
While in Reno we stayed at the Atlantis Casino. We ate at the Manhattan Deli and the food was fantastic. The restaurant was very clean, the food was hot and delicious, and our experience was made even more incredible by the superior service and welcoming personality of our server Crystal. If you are looking for a great dining experience be sure to stop off at the Manhattan Deli while in Reno, NV. You will not be disappointed.
Staying at the hotel for a few days since I'm working from out of town (Sac) and decided to try the Manhattan deli downstairs. Everything looked really delicious on the menu.I'm waiting there patiently and my take out ticket never got called and come to find out it was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. Thanks for the cold calamari and the lukewarm Pizza. Gross. It was well worth it. Never eating here again.
Hands down best damn rueben in town. Ryan's saloon ranks #2 in my opinion. Super tender corned beef cooked in house, on marble rye and huge. Could easily feed two people. All sandwiches should be judged on bread and internal quality which this delight passes both test easily. All of the salad side options are tasty and fresh. Cream cheese coffee cake dessertish thingy is the bomb if you have the belly room left. Customer service is quick and friendly. Not the cheapest casino-linked food option but well worth the money. If you happen to stop by the Manhattan deli for this one review I jotted down then you're welcome.
Wow! Huge portions, a super clean environment and great service to boot. I had a fantastic hot pastrami sandwich and some matzoh ball soup. Our server, Mariela, had a genuine smile on her face our entire visit. I can't wait to go back and try a few more dishes
Delicious thin crust pizza loaded with quality ingredients. Gorgeous tile work and atmosphere as well!
It was ding dang good ding dangit. Had the corn beef and cabbage. Finally got a good portion and was thankful for that. They used to just give a real small portion, but not tonight. Had some creamed horse raddish with it and it was pretty good.The garlic fries were very good, but needs much much more garlic and then they would be awesome.Wanted to try the cheesecake. Looked much better than that cheesecake factory cake, but my wife made me leave. Maybe next time.Worse thing about the restaurant that they need to figure out is how to remove all that cigarette smoke from the casino. I mean it is bad. They need some air vacuums to pull it out, or something.Service was outstanding tonight.
