Had a wonderful dinner celebrating with my daughter. Generous portions and great serviceDue to a great experience the first time we returned for another family celebration. This time was much different:Starting off, drink order was not correct. Salad dressings on both salads were wrong dressing. We ordered the Prime rib special. The meat was excellent, yet the veggies were over cooked and mushy. My daughter order a fish dish and the shrimp was over cooked. It took the waitress 20 minutes to refill our tea yet she had another waitress refill the teas at the table behind us. While these are small issues, there were multiple.. I'm not really sure why we had a disappointing experience this time?
Today was my first time eating at this place. I've been wanting to try it out for a while since I do Doordash food delivery in my free time and stopped a couple times to pick up food here.I ordered an omelette with cabin potatoes, it was actually pretty tasty. One thing that I liked was that they were coming around pretty often to offer me more coffee ☕. In the down side the biscuit was kinda dry to be honest, they should put more attention to the pastry the offer since is pretty much a breakfast and lunch place.The place itself is nice and casual. I noticed they have a full bar as well, just in case you are thirsty early ??.
First off, square coffee cups. If I have a choice, I'll take a square coffee cup over a round one any day. Love drinking out of the corner of a cup. It may not be a big deal to you, but it is to me. Had the keystone Special, which is a French Dip. It was great, and the bread they use was remarkable. Best Dip I've had in a long time. French fries were also exceptional and done perfectly. Back to coffee, the server kept that square ol' cup full.
Really good sandwiches. It has a nice atmosphere. It has both inside and outside seating. Waitress was really nice and very attentive. Was busy at lunch, but got right in.
Very friendly, fast service and excellent food. They have a full bar and gambling. Mom and pop atmosphere.
Excellent friendly service. The bar was about to close and Jodi the bartender allowed us to come in and have a beer. Great menu and service.

Used to be a really good place to Game and eat at the same time. The service there has slowly been declining the last few months. Personnel changes?Went there this morning. Was greeted by waiter but we sat at the bar. He was real snarky with us after that. Sat at bar for over 10 min was never offered menu or drink. Servers were busy chatting and couldn't get their attention. So we got up and left. Said thanks for the service. Probably not going back at this point.That's too bad because the food is good and always cooked properly.
Nice hidden spot w great service and PRIME RIB!!! The casinos in Reno used to have great prime rib specials but no more. This place, Pinocchios and Reds 395 in Carson are the only places left w decent prime, what? Prime, what? PRIME RIB!!!
