We are going back before we head home....the sweet and sour was out of control good!

Such a disgrace for a Vietnamese restaurant that doesn't serve authentic Pho. My combination pho broth came out smelling like boil chicken broth with no authentic aroma of pho. I'm southeast asian and I make this at home. You can fool the white folks but you ain't fooling this asian. Definitely can't recommend.

Pretty good spot. Food is great and they honor our grandpa's military discount. I got the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and egg rolls. Really can't go wrong with that. The pork is wonderfully seasoned. I also love that their egg rolls come with all the fixings!

Food was great, BUT, the service was terrible. I walk in the Asian male slim, about 5feet 10, gave me a table and Mason jar of cold water AND didn't ask if I wanted something to drink.I made my order came out promptly, and was great ?. But this doofice didn't bring my bill to the table. Bill came out to be $24 and change and he left the register so, I left $25 by the register.Like I said, good food, lousy service.

Food was great! I had pork lettuce wrap and my wife had pho. She said her pho may have been the best she’s ever had (and she’s had a LOT). Value was outstanding, especially considering the food and ambience. Service was below-average but, oh well.

The decore is very beautiful. My son loves the umbrellas on the ceiling. The wisteria bench is a perfect selfie spot. But most importantly the food and service is absolutely amazing! Best Pho by far!

Had a craving for pho and so we picked this place. We’re new to Reno so haven’t tried many places. This place was great. Got seating fast. Order chicken spring rolls as an appetizer. I ordered chicken soup as I wanted vegetables in my pho. The chicken pho doesn’t come with vegetables. I did ask the waitresses if it came with noodles, she said they did but when I got my dish there were no noodles. My boyfriend got the combination pho which be really liked. We will definitely be eating here again.

yummy food good service 4*

Wouldn't go again. The only thing welcoming at this place was their cute white dog who was hiding in the kitchen area, and would sneak out to greet us at our table every now and then. I was visiting from Phoenix, a coworker was coming from Las Vegas to visit another coworker from Oregon. We were looking for a place to eat, and catch up, but compared to other customers who were faster with their meals they kept trying to rush us, and the restaurant wasn't even half full. There were about 8 or more tables, and besides us there were only 2 others that were taken.Prices were reasonable, ranging between 12.00 and up for a plate. They serve Thai milk tea too, with what seems like jelly rather than round tapioca pearls.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like I need to for this. I'm passing through Reno, and I wanted some Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef soup). It's my favorite. I chose this place, ordered, picked up my food, and came back to the hotel to eat. About 5 bites in, I looked at the box that contained the beef, bean sprouts, noodles, etc, and noticed that the small chunk of beef fat (? I think that's what it is), had small black hairs on it - about 3-4 to be exact - wirey, twisted, black hairs (similar to long beard hairs).I have cooked plenty of beef in my life, ordered pho + bun bo hue, bought beef, etc, and I have never seen beef hairs on the meat. I went back to the restaurant and asked for a refund, and they tried to tell me that those were beef hairs, and they didnt apologize. Ended up going to the local grocery store and buying food instead.
