None of the employees where wearing a mask, including the cook. Omicron is spiking in the area. No COVID katsu for me, thank you.
Played online was told it was refunded and charged again at store. Guess what, I was double charged! Additionally was shorted an entire order of Katsu, and zero sauce for the one I got. Will never return to be ripped off again at this location.Worst L&L experience ever.I have always loved it/been exceptionally pleased.Would give 0 stars if possible.
We tried their food yesterday for the first and definitely last time, it was awful! We couldn’t even touch it as it was very low quality materials and had to throw them out immediately. Just waste of money, do not recommend it at all.

Double check your order because these guys that are working here now are not giving all your order. Then when you call them and tell them they yell at you on the phone and insist they did when they didn't. No Aloha at this one. They are ripping people off. DO NOT GO HERE. If anyone knows the owner please let him know.
These two guys are liars and are ripping of customers. DO NOT GO THERE!! Go somewhere else. Save your money. Been going here for 4 years and never had any problems. I trusted them with my food and when I never got one of my items, I called them to let them know and the one in the blue was yelling at me on the phone saying he did give it when he did not. I'm not going to waste my gas and drive all the way back for something I have. If anyone knows the owners please let him know.
I genuinely don't understand how this place has 4.1 stars. They must be paying people off or something. I went there for the first time but wasn't very hungry. I saw a spam burger on the menu for $3.50 and decided I wanted that. I asked the cashier for the spam burger, and he asked which one. I pointed at the menu and said the one listed right there. He then asked me if I wanted the one that cost $11.50, and I said no and pointed to the one I wanted again. He got angry with me and said I can't just point to what I want. I got frustrated and said there's a spam burger listed on your menu for $3.50 right there! He rolled his eyes and said whatever. I was upset but still willing to give it a try. I asked him for a water cup and he handed me a cup, and when I didn't say anything he gave me a snarky "you're welcome". At that point I asked for my money back and he refused to do so. The food I was served was dry and bland. Absolutely horrible. Rude employees and terrible food. What do people see in this place?
