There was a small issue with my order and for the first time in years the response was polite and helpful. I feel like most times there's an attitude or people blame the other person. This gentleman looked at the receipt and asked if all I was missing was the Mac and cheese? When I said y es he brought me one and when I thanked him he wished me a nice day!
Poor drive thru service, bad attitude and the wait is ridiculous! You shouldn't work at a fast food place if you can't deal with people... Food was cold and nasty!
Good as any other KFCs. It seems they really haven't change there menu for some time now, but that can be a good thing, because if you haven't been to a KFC for a while, then at least you know what you want.
They are missing the flavor that they use to have back in the 80's. I think when the coronel passed away that he took the secret recipe with him. It does not taste like it was before. Something is missing. I also ordered their soda that comes in a bag, that too was tasteless. Please bring back the good old times.
They got my order wrong but it wasn't too bad.
Absolutely the worst place I have ever eaten in my life the chicken tasted looked and felt like it had been in the warmer cooking for hours if not days. Spent $40 on chicken that not one single one of us ate. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever return to this store yuck yuck yuck!
Ordered a meal which comes with a medium drink and was upgraded and charged for a large even though I was never asked. When I ask for a receipt she had to dig it out of the trashcan. Yeah it’s only $.20 for the drink up charged but it’s the fact of the matter that people are being charged with things they didn’t order so I’ll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
I had went to get a combo for my mother and she can't have spicy food cause she's old and they never told me that the wings I got were spicy and I asked the guy at the speaker if they were spicy and he said no. Then I had a hundred and the total was 7.13 and I only got 82 dollars back and then when I told the guy at the window that he told me I was wrong and he can count. I will never go back.
Well, it seems covid-19 has killed this KFC's ability to be polite, the girl at the drive through window doesn't know how to say thank you, or give a receipt, her interpersonal skills are lacking at best. Even when taking an order, she's completely just going through the motions.I guess it's hard to be friendly & polite post covid. Before & even during most of the order staff were friendly and polite to the extreme, now not so much.
This was the most disappointing chicken sandwich of all. It said they cook to order....Nope the chicken was warm not hot. The fries were warm not hot. And the pepsi tasted like it was pre-made. It had no carbonation. It was a BIG FAIL!!. NEVER AGAIN. Sorry Colonel Sander
