Extra long wait and there is only two people inside! The manager said "well there's ten in the drive thru"! I guess that means that the customers inside just have to get there money back because I am not waiting for drive thru or I would have went to drive thru! Terrible customer service! I traveled a long way to buy food and didn't get anything!
The popcorn chicken was terribly seasoned (tasted very bland) and it was undercooked.
It seems they have changed there management, by that, it was really good.
KFC seems to have gotten more expensive and the quality of the food is gone down and the portions are smaller. P. S. Update did they get the original Colonel back or do they still have that scary one that does p*** movies too on the side I'm just curious maybe that has something to do with the quality. But it takes me back to the old corn corn chicken and corn the Colonel's chicken in the Colonel's corner they're talking about Elvis manager but that's okay
5 Pieces in my eight piece , wrong order for the third time , no one ever answers the phone , what a joke ...its ok though this happens everytime i order here or any KFC for delivery
Picked up KFC today while babysitting. They attended me very quickly and politely at the drive thru speaker and made sure to get my order correct. The young man at the window was so kind and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience, which I sure did. He did everything with such care! The food was nice, warm, fresh and delicious and I got quite a good deal as well with 8 piece chicken box meal. Overall, the experience of simply picking up dinner was smooth, quick and a good time thanks the employees... Keep up the good work!
Super short staffed, so order to quite a while to get done. Overall, KFC quality seems to be going down hill.
The service person was very pleasant and cordial , and very prompt and professional by his own chóice !! A very pleasant experience
Always super fast service. I've been here on multiple occasions and was never waiting more than 5 minutes.
Great place to eat with the family but often has poor customer service.
